Description
a)第1の光機能材料、ガラス粉末及び有機キャリアを混合することにより第1のスラリーを製作し、第2の光機能材料、ガラス粉及び有機キャリアを混合することにより第2のスラリーを製作し、ここで、第1の光機能材料と第2の光機能材料のうちの少なくとも一つの光機能材料は蛍光体を備える、工程と、
b)第1のスラリーが第1の基板にカバー(被覆)され、少なくとも一部の有機キャリアが揮発されるようにガラス粉末の軟化点よりも低い第1の温度で乾燥されることにより、第1の機能層を得る工程と、
c)第2のスラリーが第1の機能層の表面にカバー(被覆)されることにより、第2の機能層を得る工程と、
d)機能層が被覆されている第1の基材は第2の温度で焼結されることにより、多層構造を有するガラス蛍光体シートが得られる工程と、を含む。
工程(a1)では、第1の光機能材料、ガラス粉末及び有機キャリアを混合することにより第1のスラリーを製作し、第2の光機能材料、ガラス粉末及び有機キャリアを混合することにより第2のスラリーを製作する。
Claims (6)
- 多層構造のガラス蛍光体シートであって、
順次積層される、機能層と粘着コートと基板とを備え、
前記機能層が光機能材料と軟化して相互に粘着されているガラス粉末とを有し、前記粘着コートが、軟化して相互に粘着されているガラス粉末を有し、前記粘着コートにおけるガラス粉末の軟化温度は、前記機能層におけるガラス粉末の軟化温度よりも高く、前記光機能材料は、波長変換材料を備えることを特徴とする多層構造のガラス蛍光体シート。 - 前記ガラス蛍光体シートは、少なくとも2つの機能層を有することを特徴とする請求項1に記載の多層構造のガラス蛍光体シート。
- 前記機能層は、有機キャリアを更に備え、
前記有機キャリアは、フェニル基、メチル等の各系のシリコーンオイル、エタノール、グリコール、キシレン、エチルセルロース、テルピネオール、ブチルカルビトール、PVA、PVB、PAA、PEGのうちの1つ又は複数の成分を備える混合体であることを特徴とする請求項1に記載の多層構造のガラス蛍光体シート。 - 前記ガラス粉末は、軟化点が異なるケイ酸塩ガラス、鉛ホウケイ酸ガラス、アルミノシリケートガラス、ソーダ石灰ガラス、石英ガラスのうちの1つまたは複数の成分の組合せを備えることを特徴とする請求項1に記載の多層構造のガラス蛍光体シート。
- 前記光機能材料は、散乱材料又は反射材料を更に備えることを特徴とする請求項1に記載の多層構造のガラス蛍光体シート。
- 前記波長変換材料は、黄色蛍光体、赤色蛍光体、緑色蛍光体、オレンジ色蛍光体、シアン色蛍光体のうちの1つ又は複数の組合せであることを特徴とする請求項5に記載の多層構造のガラス蛍光体シート。
