Description
S01:ガラス板を用意する工程と、
S02:紫光により励起される蛍光材料を含む蛍光粉を前記ガラス板の表面に形成する工程と、
S03:前記ガラス板を加熱軟化させることにより、前記蛍光粉を前記ガラス板中の一部の領域に分散させ、ガラス部と前記ガラス部に埋め込まれて結合したガラス及び蛍光粉の複合部とを形成し、硬化して一体化された発光ガラスを形成する工程と、を含む。
蛍光粉層の形成:第1ガラス板1の表面に、紫光により励起される蛍光材料を含む蛍光粉を形成して、蛍光粉層2を形成する。
挟層の形成:前記蛍光粉層2が第1ガラス板1及び第2ガラス板3の二枚のガラス板の間に挟み込まれるように、第2ガラス板3を前記蛍光粉層2の上に載置する。
加熱軟化成形:第1ガラス板1と第2ガラス板3とを加熱軟化させて、前記蛍光粉を第1ガラス板1及び第2ガラス板3内に分散させ、硬化して一体化された発光ガラス10を形成する。
上記方法によれば、蛍光粉の塗布厚み及びガラス板の積層数を制御することにより、最終の発光ガラスの蛍光粉ドープ率、厚み及び光透過率を制御することができる。また、組合タイプの蛍光粉における3色蛍光材料の比例を制御することにより、異なる色温度及び演色評価数の白光を得ることができる。
Claims (8)
- 第1ガラス板及び第2ガラス板を用意する工程と、
紫光により励起される蛍光材料を含む蛍光粉を前記第1ガラス板の表面に形成して蛍光粉層を形成する工程と、
前記蛍光粉層が第1ガラス板及び第2ガラス板の二枚のガラス板の間に挟み込まれるように、第2ガラス板を前記蛍光粉層の上に載置する工程と、
前記第1ガラス板及び第2ガラス板を加熱軟化させることにより、前記蛍光粉を前記第1ガラス板及び第2ガラス板中の一部の領域に分散させ、ガラス部と前記ガラス部に埋め込まれて結合したガラス及び蛍光粉の複合部とを形成し、硬化して一体化された発光ガラスを形成する工程と、
を含むことを特徴とする発光ガラスの製造方法。 - 前記紫光により励起される蛍光材料は、青色蛍光材料、緑色蛍光材料、黄色蛍光材料、
赤色蛍光材料、またはこれらの任意の組合せから選ばれ、
前記青色蛍光材料は、Sr 5 (PO 4 ) 3 Cl:Eu、ZnS:Ag、及びBaMgAl 10 O 17 :Euからなる群から選ばれ、
前記緑色蛍光材料は、ZnS:Cu、Ca 8 Mg(SiO 4 ) 4 Cl 2 :Eu,Mn、及びBaMgAl 10 O 17 :Eu,Mnからなる群から選ばれ、
前記黄色蛍光材料は、YAG:Ce、及び/又はTAG:Ceから選ばれ、
前記赤色蛍光材料は、Y 2 O 2 S:Euであることを特徴とする請求項1に記載の発光ガラスの製造方法。 - 前記蛍光粉層を二枚のガラス板の間に挟み込んだ後に、更に蛍光粉層の形成工程と、ガラス板で蛍光粉層を挟み込む工程とを繰り返して、蛍光粉がガラス板に挟み込まれた構造を多層形成し、前記多層の構造を加熱軟化させることにより、多層のガラス及び蛍光粉の複合部がそれぞれ多層のガラス部の間に埋め込まれた発光ガラスを形成することを特徴とする請求項1に記載の発光ガラスの製造方法。
- 前記各ガラス板の厚みが0.3〜3mmであり、前記蛍光粉層の厚みが5〜80μmであることを特徴とする請求項1に記載の発光ガラスの製造方法。
- スクリーン印刷、堆積又はスプレー塗布の方法により、前記蛍光粉を前記第1ガラス板の表面に形成することを特徴とする請求項1に記載の発光ガラスの製造方法。
- 加熱軟化する際に、更に、すべてのガラス板の全体の厚みを調整することにより、得られた発光ガラスの厚みを制御することを特徴とする請求項1に記載の発光ガラスの製造方法。
- 加熱軟化する際に、更に、すべてのガラス板を加圧することにより、前記蛍光粉を各ガラス板内に埋め込ませることを特徴とする請求項1に記載の発光ガラスの製造方法。
- 前記加熱過程における温度が200℃〜800℃であり、加熱時間が0.5〜5時間であることを特徴とする請求項1に記載の発光ガラスの製造方法。
