Description
ステップS1では、波長変換材料、第1ガラス粉及び有機担体を均一に混合して、発光層スラリーを得る。
ステップS2では、反射粒子、第2ガラス粉及び有機担体を均一に混合して、反射層スラリーを得る。第2ガラス粉の粒径が第1ガラス粉の粒径より小さい。
ステップS3では、基板層に反射層スラリーを塗布して乾燥させ、乾燥後の反射層スラリーに発光層スラリーを塗布して乾燥させ、乾燥した反射層スラリーと乾燥した発光層スラリーとが被覆される基板層を焼結して波長変換装置を得る。
Claims (5)
- 波長変換材料、第1ガラス粉及び有機担体を均一に混合して、発光層スラリーを得るステップS1と、
反射粒子、前記第1ガラス粉よりも小さい粒径の第2ガラス粉及び有機担体を均一に混合して、反射層スラリーを得るステップS2と、
基板層に前記反射層スラリーを塗布して乾燥させ、乾燥後の反射層スラリーに発光層スラリーを塗布して乾燥させ、乾燥した反射層スラリーと乾燥した発光層スラリーとが被覆される基板層を焼結して波長変換装置を得るステップS3と、を含むことを特徴とする波長変換装置の製造方法。 - 前記第1ガラス粉と前記第2ガラス粉は、同一種のガラス粉であり、且つ、前記第1ガラス粉の平均粒径は、3〜5μmであり、前記第2ガラス粉の平均粒径は、0.5〜1μmであることを特徴とする請求項1に記載の製造方法。
- 前記有機担体は、フェニル基又はメチル基のシリコンオイルを含み、又は、エタノール、エチレングリコール、キシレン、エチルセルロース、ターピネオール、ブチルカルビトール、ポリビニルアルコール、ポリビニルブチラール、ポリプロピオン酸、ポリエチレングリコールのうちの1つまたは複数の混合体を含むことを特徴とする請求項1又は2に記載の製造方法。
- 前記反射粒子は、酸化アルミニウム粒子、酸化チタン粒子、硫酸バリウム粒子、酸化マグネシウム粒子又は窒化アルミニウム粒子のうちの少なくとも一種を含むことを特徴とする請求項1又は2に記載の製造方法。
- 前記波長変換材料は、YAG蛍光粉及びLuAG蛍光粉のうちの少なくとも一種を含み、前記波長変換材料の平均粒径は、10〜30μmであることを特徴とする請求項1又は2に記載の製造方法。
