Claims (18)
- 製鉄プロセスまたは製鋼プロセスにより生成されたスラグから製品を再生する方法であって、
製鉄プロセスまたは製鋼プロセスにより生成されたスラグを収集し、
前記スラグから非磁気材料濃縮部分を分離し、
金属酸化物、金属炭酸塩、および希土類元素を含む前記非磁気材料濃縮部分から、浸出液とスラグ残渣とを分離することで、前記浸出液を収集し、
前記浸出液から、前記金属酸化物および前記金属炭酸塩の少なくとも1つを沈殿させ、
前記浸出液から、廃水および希土類元素を収集し、
前記スラグ残渣を変換反応器内においてNaOH中に溶解させ、水ガラス、および金属ケイ酸塩を含む残渣を生成する
再生方法。 - 請求項1に記載の再生方法であって、
前記スラグから非磁気材料濃縮部分を分離することは、
前記スラグを磁性材料および非磁性材料を含む粒子に粉砕すること、および
前記スラグ粒子に磁気分離力を付与し、磁気材料濃縮部分および非磁気材料濃縮部分を生成すること
を含む
再生方法。 - 請求項1に記載の再生方法であって、
前記金属酸化物、金属炭酸塩、および希土類元素を含む前記非磁気材料濃縮部分から前記浸出液を収集することは、
前記非磁気材料濃縮部分を水、生理食塩水、または廃酸で洗浄して塩基性pHを有するスラリーを生成すること、および
前記非磁気材料濃縮部分の洗浄スラリーを、酸およびキレート剤を含む溶液に溶解させて、前記浸出液および前記スラグ残渣を生成すること
を含む
再生方法。 - 請求項1に記載の再生方法であって、さらに、
前記スラグを冷却し、
前記スラグから蒸気の形で熱を回収し、
前記蒸気を前記変換反応器に供給する
再生方法。 - 請求項1に記載の再生方法であって、さらに、
前記スラグを、直径が約200μm未満で平均直径が約20〜25μmの粒子に粉砕する
再生方法。 - 請求項3に記載の再生方法であって、
前記非磁気材料濃縮部分を水、生理食塩水、または廃酸で洗浄することは、
前記スラリー中でCO2バブリングすること、
前記スラリーから濾液を収集すること、
前記濾液を約80℃に加熱すること、および
少なくとも1つの金属炭酸塩を沈殿させること
をさらに含む
再生方法。 - 請求項3に記載の再生方法であって、
前記非磁気材料濃縮部分を廃酸で洗浄することは、
前記スラリーから濾液を収集すること、
金属水酸化物溶液を提供すること、
前記金属水酸化物溶液中でCO2バブリングすること、
沈殿物を収集すること、および
前記非磁気材料濃縮部分の洗浄に使用するために残存流体を再循環させること
をさらに含む
再生方法。 - 請求項3に記載の再生方法であって、
前記酸は、0.1MのHClまたはHNO3である
再生方法。 - 請求項3に記載の再生方法であって、
前記キレート剤は、約0.01Mの、酢酸ナトリウム、シュウ酸塩、クエン酸塩、ピコリン酸塩、グルコン酸塩、グルタミン酸塩、およびそれらの組み合わせからなる群から選択される溶液である
再生方法。 - 請求項3に記載の再生方法であって、さらに、
前記非磁気材料濃縮部分を水で洗浄して塩基性pHのスラリーを生成する間、および
前記非磁気材料濃縮部分の洗浄スラリーを酸およびキレート剤を含む溶液に溶解する間
のうち少なくとも1つの間に、
前記非磁気材料濃縮部分における非磁性材料の濃度を約15重量%に維持する
再生方法。 - 請求項1に記載の再生方法であって、
前記浸出液から前記金属酸化物および前記金属炭酸塩を沈殿させることは、
pHスイングプロセスを含む
再生方法。 - 請求項1に記載の再生方法であって、さらに
前記浸出液の廃水を電気分解して、HClおよびNaOHを生成する
再生方法。 - 請求項2に記載の再生方法であって、
前記磁気分離力は、磁気補助流動床によって与えられる
再生方法。 - 請求項1に記載の再生方法であって、さらに
前記スラグから前記非磁気材料濃縮部分を分離する前に、前記非磁気材料濃縮部分を利用して煙道ガス流を脱硫する
再生方法。 - 製鉄プロセスまたは製鋼プロセスにより生成されたスラグから製品を生成するシステムであって、
鉄/鋼スラグの第1の供給源と、
前記鉄/鋼スラグの第1の供給源を所定のサイズに粉砕するように構成されたミリングモジュールと、
前記鉄/鋼スラグから非磁気材料濃縮部分を生成するように構成された磁気補助流動床と、
水、生理食塩水、酸、および煙道ガスのうち少なくとも1つを含む流体流を含み、前記非磁気材料濃縮部分を前記流体流に接触させるように構成されたスラグ処理モジュールと、
前記スラグ処理モジュールと流体連通する第1の沈殿モジュールと、
酸およびキレート剤を含む酸浸出モジュールと、
スラグ残渣流ならびに金属酸化物、金属炭酸塩、および希土類元素を含む少なくとも1つの浸出液流を生成する分離器と、
金属炭酸塩製品、金属酸化物製品、および希土類元素製品のうち少なくとも1つを生成するように構成された第2の沈殿モジュールと、
前記酸浸出モジュールと流体連通し、前記スラグ残渣流から水ガラスを生成するように構成された変換反応器と
を具備する
生成システム。 - 請求項15に記載の生成システムであって、
前記スラグ処理モジュールは、さらに、前記鉄/鋼スラグからの非磁気材料濃縮部分にCO2流を接触させるように構成された
生成システム。 - 請求項15に記載の生成システムであって、
前記第1の沈殿モジュールからの流体を含み、前記スラグ処理モジュールと流体連通する第1の再循環流体流と、
前記酸浸出モジュールと流体連通する第2の再循環流体流と
をさらに具備する
生成システム。 - 請求項15に記載の生成システムであって、
前記第2の沈殿モジュールは、少なくとも1つのpHスイング反応器を含む
生成システム。
