実施例1
アクリロニトリル−ブタジエン−スチレン(ABS)100重量部、アクリル系衝撃補強材20重量部、滑剤1重量部、酸化防止剤1重量部、及び顔料1重量部を混合及び撹拌して基材層形成用組成物を準備し、次いで、前記基材層形成用組成物を利用してカレンダリング方法によって200μmの厚さの基材層を形成した。
実施例1と同じ条件及び方法によってシート層を形成しており、前記シート層を一対のエンボスローラー(LGハウシス、ET−194)の間に通して、この両表面に平均深さが100μmであるエンボスを形成した。
前記実施例1及び前記比較例1による各デコレーションシートの様々な物性を評価して、下表1に示した。
測定方法:前記実施例1及び前記比較例1、2による各デコレーションシートを製造した直後にこの上部の表面に存在するエンボスの平均深さMiを共焦点顕微鏡(DCM3D、LEICA)を利用してMagnification:×100、Stitching3×3条件下で測定した。次いで、前記各デコレーションシートに135℃及び290Paの条件で2分間熱及び圧力を加え、次いで、常温で10分間放置した直後にこの上部の表面に存在するエンボスの平均深さMfを前述した共焦点顕微鏡を利用して同じ条件で測定した。
エンボス維持率(%)=1−(Mf−Mi)/Mi×100
測定方法:JIS K 6251−1条件に従って万能試験機(Zwick−Roell Universal Testing Machine,Z100)を用いて測定しており、下記の計算式2に従って伸び率を、具体的には、加温条件下での伸び率を計算した。具体的には、135℃の高温チャンバ内で1分間放置して取り出した直後、常温下で引張り始める前に長さを測定し、次いで、常温下で引張りながら試験片が破断される時点での長さを測定した。

Claims (7)
- 上部面及び下部面それぞれにエンボスを含むシート層;及び前記シート層の下部面上に積層されたエンボス支持層;を含み、前記エンボス支持層の上部面が前記シート層の下部面にあるエンボスと対応するエンボスを含み、
前記シート層は、上部から順次に表面層、印刷層及び基材層を含む多層構造シートを含み、
前記表面層の厚さは1μm〜20μmであり、
前記基材層の厚さは100μm〜400μmであり、
前記エンボス支持層はUV硬化型組成物の硬化物を含み、
前記UV硬化型組成物がUV硬化型化合物、光開始剤およびブロッキング防止剤を含み、
前記UV硬化型組成物が前記UV硬化型化合物を92重量%〜98重量%含み、
前記UV硬化型化合物がウレタン(メタ)アクリレート系オリゴマー及び(メタ)アクリレート系モノマーを含み、
前記ウレタン(メタ)アクリレート系オリゴマー対前記(メタ)アクリレート系モノマーの重量比が1:4〜4:1であり、
伸び率が150%〜300%である、デコレーションシート。 - 前記シート層及び前記エンボス支持層が接するそれぞれの面は、互いに相反する形状のエンボスを含み、一面が他の一面に密着して形成される、請求項1に記載のデコレーションシート。
- 前記UV硬化型組成物が前記ブロッキング防止剤を1重量%〜7重量%含む、請求項1に記載のデコレーションシート。
- 前記ブロッキング防止剤は、シリカ粒子;ワックス;有機系又は無機系顔料;及びこれらの組み合わせならかる群から選択された少なくとも1つを含む、請求項1に記載のデコレーションシート。

- 上部面及び下部面それぞれにエンボスを含むシート層を形成するステップ;及び、
前記シート層の下部面上にUV硬化型組成物を塗布及び硬化して、エンボス支持層を形成することでデコレーションシートを製造するステップ;

前記UV硬化型組成物が塗布されながら、前記シート層の下部面上にあるエンボスの溝部を埋め、
前記シート層を形成するステップにおいて、上部から順次に表面層、印刷層及び基材層を含む多層構造シートを形成して、
前記多層構造シートを一対のエンボスローラーの間に通して、この両表面にエンボスを形成することで前記シート層を形成し、
前記表面層の厚さは1μm〜20μmであり、
前記基材層の厚さは100μm〜400μmであり、
UV硬化型化合物、光開始剤およびブロッキング防止剤を混合して、前記UV硬化型組成物を準備するステップ;をさらに含み、
