Description
[圧接接続型コンタクトの構成]
最初に、本発明の一実施形態による圧接接続型コンタクトの構成を説明する。
次に、本発明の一実施形態による同軸コネクタの構成を説明する。図6は、本発明の一実施形態による同軸コネクタの構成を示す斜視図であり、同軸ケーブルの端末を同軸コネクタに結線する前の状態図である。
図1から図15を参照すると、本発明の一実施形態による同軸コネクタ10は、同軸ケーブルCbの端末を結線できる。同軸コネクタ10は、コンタクト1、前円後方形状のハウジング2、及び、導電性のシェル3を備えている。ハウジング2は、帯板状のリッドハウジングを有している。シェル3は、ケーブルクランプ31を有している。
次に、実施形態によるハウジング2及びリッドハウジング21の構成を説明する。図11又は図12を参照すると、ハウジング2及びリッドハウジング21は、絶縁性を有する合成樹脂からなることが好ましく、絶縁性を有する合成樹脂を成形して所望の形状のリッドハウジング21付きハウジング2を得ることができる。
次に、実施形態によるシェル3及びケーブルクランプ31の構成を説明する。図13又は図14を参照して、シェル3及びケーブルクランプ31は、導電性を有する金属板からなり、所定の外形に加工された導電性を有する展開板を成形加工して、所望の形状のケーブルクランプ31付きシェル3を得ることが好ましい。
次に、実施形態による同軸コネクタ10の組立順序を説明しながら、実施形態による同軸コネクタ10の作用及び効果を説明する。

Claims (5)
- 相手側コンタクトと同軸ケーブルを電気的に接続するための圧接接続型コンタクトであって、
帯状に形成した天板、及び、この天板の基端部側の両辺から湾曲し、前記相手側コンタクトを内部に導入自在に、先端部側をΩ字状に開口した一対の接触片を有する接続端子と、
前記接続端子の先端部側から略平行に延出し、板厚面を対向配置すると共に、一対の前記接触片の突出方向と反対側に、先端部側を上り傾斜した一対の圧接片を有する圧接端子と、を備え、
一対の前記圧接片は、前記同軸ケーブルを構成する中心導体を外周方向から導入自在に、対向する板厚面の先端部側をV字状に開角し、
一対の前記圧接片は、前記天板の先端部側の両辺から、一対の前記接触片の突出方向と同じ方向に前記天板に密着曲げした密着曲げ部を基端部に有している、圧接接続型コンタクト。 - 一対の前記圧接片は、対向する板厚面の先端部側を円弧状に面取りした面取り部を有している、請求項1記載の圧接接続型コンタクト。
- 中心導体、この中心導体を包囲する誘電体、この誘電体を覆う外部導体、及び、この外部導体を被覆する絶縁シースを有する同軸ケーブルの端末を結線する同軸コネクタであって、
請求項1又は2記載の圧接接続型コンタクトと、
相手側コンタクトを導入自在に一方の面を開口し、一対の前記接触片を内部に配置した第1収容室を有する円板部、及び、この円板部から一部が外周方向に突出した方形部を有し、一部が前記第1収容室に連通すると共に、前記接触片の突出方向から前記圧接接続型コンタクトを導入できる第2収容室を他方の面に開口した前円後方形状のハウジングと、
一対の前記接触片が突出する方向と同じ方向から、一方の面に向って前記円板部を収容自在な円筒部、この円筒部の外周の一部が連続して略平行に延び、前記方形部を内部に収容自在な一対の延在片を有する導電性のシェルと、を備え、
前記方形部は、前記第2収容室と連通し、前記圧接端子の一対の圧接片を導入でき、かつ、一対の当該圧接片を収容できる溝部を有している、同軸コネクタ。 - 前記ハウジングは、一端部を前記円板部の一部と屈曲自在に連結し、他端部側が前記第2収容室及び前記溝部を開閉できる帯板状のリッドハウジングを有し、
前記シェルは、一端部を前記円筒部の一部と屈曲自在に連結し、他端部側が前記リッドハウジングと連動して、当該シェルの他方の面を開閉できる底板片を有するケーブルクランプを有している、請求項3記載の同軸コネクタ。 - 前記ケーブルクランプは、
前記外部導体を圧着自在な一対のコンダクタバレルと、
前記絶縁シースを圧着自在な一対のインシュレーショングリップと、
一対の前記延在片を介して、前記方形部を圧着自在な一対のクリンプバレルと、を含んでいる、請求項4記載の同軸コネクタ。
