Description
Claims (6)
- 固定フレームと、免震対象機器が載置されると共に前記固定フレーム上に配置された可動フレームと、前記固定フレームに対する前記可動フレームの上下動のみを許容する支持案内機構と、前記可動フレームと固定フレームとの間隔を一定に保つべく当該可動フレームを付勢する復元部材と、を備え、
前記支持案内機構は、
前記固定フレーム上に敷設された軌道レールと、
多数の転動体を介して前記軌道レールに組み付けられ、当該軌道レールの長手方向以外に作用する荷重を負荷する移動ブロックと、
一端が前記移動ブロックに回転自在に連結されると共に他端が前記可動フレームに回転自在に連結され、前記可動フレームの上下動を前記移動ブロックの前記軌道レールに長手方向に沿った運動に変換する支持脚と、
前記支持脚の半分の長さに設定され、一端が前記支持脚の長手方向の中間位置に回転自在に連結されると共に他端が前記固定フレームに回転自在に連結された補助脚と、を備えていることを特徴とする上下免震装置。 - 前記固定フレーム上には前記支持脚が同一方向へ傾斜した一対の支持案内機構が一直線上に配置され、
これら一対の支持案内機構は、一方の支持案内機構の支持脚と他方の支持案内機構の支持脚はコネクティングロッドによって連結されて案内ユニットを構成していることを特徴とする請求項1記載の上下免震装置。 - 前記案内ユニットは前記固定フレーム上に複数配置され、一つの案内ユニットと他の案内ユニットでは前記支持脚の傾斜方向が異なっていることを特徴とする請求項2記載の上下免震装置。
- 前記固定フレーム上には当該固定フレームの中心の周囲に4基の支持案内機構が均等に配置され、
各支持案内機構の支持脚の運動平面は前記固定フレームの中心に対して変位していることを特徴とする請求項1記載の上下免震装置。 - 前記支持脚の運動に反力を及ぼすダンパを備えていることを特徴する請求項1記載の上下免震装置。
- 請求項4記載の上下免震装置を複数配列し、互いに隣接する前記上下免震装置について、対応する前記支持案内機構の支持脚同士をコネクティングロッドによって連結したことを特徴とする上下免震装置ユニット。
