Description
(i)円形線の直径yが4〜9mm、好ましくは4〜6mmの範囲、
(ii)外径x1が5.5〜11mm、好ましくは5.5〜9mmの範囲、
(iii)内径x2が2.2〜7mm、好ましくは2.2〜4mmの範囲、
(iv)平均長さzが10〜35mm、好ましくは10〜25mmの範囲である。
触媒組成物の製造
EP MineralsからのMNタイプの珪藻土0.8991kg(珪藻土混合物に基づき30質量%)、Diatomite SP CJSCからのMasisタイプの珪藻土1.4985kg(珪藻土混合物に基づき50質量%)及びMineral Resources LtdからのDiatomite 1タイプの珪藻土の0.5994kg(珪藻土混合物に基づき20質量%)を、ドラム回転式ミキサー(Engelsmannから、容器容量32リットル)で毎分45回転で30分間混合する。珪藻土混合物を、Mix−Muller(Simpsonから、2007年製、容器容量30リットル)に入れ、毎分33回転で2分間処理する。次いで、1.3706kgのKOH水溶液(47.7質量%)と0.532kgのアンモニウムポリバナデート(Treibacherより)からなる第1溶液を2分間かけて添加し、混合物をさらに1分間処理する。2.1025kgの48%濃度の硫酸を2分間かけて添加し、混合物を毎分33回転でさらに1分間処理する。次の工程として、K2SO4(K+S Kali GmbHから)0.3kgを、50%濃度のCs2SO4水溶液1.587kgに導入し、Mix−Mullerに2分間かけて導入し、毎分33回転でさらに1分間処理して、180gのスターチ溶液(脱イオン水中のジャガイモデンプンの7.39質量%)を加え、しばらく処理を続ける。得られた組成物を珪藻土の導入時からの全処理時間が15分となるまで、毎分33回転でさらに処理する。
本発明による成形体の水平投影図の幾何学的形状は、押し出す組成物が高圧下で搬送される際に通過するダイによって決定される。工業用成形体の圧力損失は、多くの現実の効果によって影響を受ける。例えば成形体の湾曲、正確な長さ分布、破断特性及び成形体の最終的な性質、特に端面である。これらの特性は、成形体断面の幾何学的形状又は使用するダイの幾何学的形状に依存する。
さらに、これら成形体の総重量及び、成形体の平均重量(算術平均)を求めた。
図1a及び1bによる型押出し及び図2a(実施例2)、2b(実施例3)及び2c(実施例4)によるインサートピンの合致も行った。
Claims (9)
- SO2をSO3に酸化するための成形触媒体で、二酸化シリコン支持材料上でバナジウム、少なくとも一種のアルカリ金属及びサルフェートを含み、前記成形触媒体は4つの中空の円筒状凸部を有する円筒の形を有し、バナジウム、少なくとも1種のアルカリ金属及びサルフェートを含んだ二酸化シリコン支持材料上の触媒前駆体の組成物を、押出具の開口部から押し出すことで得られ、前記押出具の前記開口部には、4つの部分的に重なり合う輪で形成される断面があり、これらの輪の中心点は本質的に、直径yを有する円形線上にあり、前記輪は、外径x1を有する外側の円及び内径x2を有する内側の円によって境界がつけられ、
前記輪の外径の、前記円形線の直径に対する比率、x1:yが、0.8:1から2:1であり、かつ、
前記輪の外径の内径に対する比率、x1:x2が、1.5:1から5:1である、成形触媒体。 - 前記断面が4つの環状輪によって形成され、前記断面を形成する前記輪の中心点が正方形を形成する、請求項1に記載の成形触媒体。
- 前記成形触媒体の平均長さzの前記輪の外径に対する比率、z:x1が、1:1から6:1である、請求項1又は2に記載の成形触媒体。
- 外側の円及び内側の円の輪が同心である、請求項1〜3のいずれか一項に記載の成形触媒体。
- すべての輪が同じ外径x1及び同じ内径x2を有する、請求項1〜4のいずれか一項に記載の成形触媒体。
- 特徴(i)〜(iv)の1つ以上を有する、請求項1〜5のいずれか一項に記載の成形触媒体。
(i)前記円形線の直径yが4〜9mmの範囲、
(ii)外径x1が5.5〜11mmの範囲、
(iii)内径x2が2.2〜7mmの範囲、
(iv)前記成形触媒体の平均長さzが10〜35mmの範囲。 - バナジウム、少なくとも一種のアルカリ金属及びサルフェートを含むシリケート支持材料上の成形触媒体を、バナジウム、少なくとも一種のアルカリ金属及びサルフェートを含むシリケート支持材料上の触媒前駆体の組成物から製造する方法であって、
バナジウム、少なくとも一種のアルカリ金属及びサルフェートを含む二酸化シリコン支持材料上の触媒前駆体の組成物を押出具の開口部から押し出し、前記押出具の前記開口部の断面は、4つの部分的に重なり合う環状輪の形状を有し、これらの輪は、外径x1を有する外側の円及び内径x2を有する内側の円で境界がつけられ、これらの輪の中心点は直径yを有する円形線状にあり、
前記輪の外径の、前記円形線の直径に対する比率、x1:yが、0.8:1から2:1であり、かつ、
前記輪の外径の内径に対する比率、x1:x2が、1.5:1から5:1である、成形触媒体の製造方法。 - SO2をSO3に酸化するための、請求項1〜6のいずれか一項に記載の成形触媒体の使用法。
- 酸素と二酸化硫黄を含むガス混合物を、340〜680℃の範囲の温度で、請求項1〜6のいずれか一項に記載の成形触媒体の床と接触させる、SO2をSO3に酸化するための方法。
