Claims (5)
- 集積回路であって、
入力電圧リードと、
出力電圧リードと、
接地リードと、
イネーブル入力リードと、
前記入力電圧リードと前記出力電圧リードとの間に結合されるパストランジスタであって、前記イネーブル入力リードに結合される制御入力を有する、前記パストランジスタと、
出力放電回路であって、
前記出力電圧リードと前記接地リードとの間に結合される第1のトランジスタであって、制御入力を有する、前記第1のトランジスタと、
前記入力電圧リードに結合されるアノードと、カソードとを有する第1のダイオードと、
前記第1のダイオードのカソードと前記接地リードとの間に結合される第1のキャパシタであって、前記第1のトランジスタに電力供給するために用いられる電荷を蓄積する、前記第1のキャパシタと、
前記第1のダイオードのカソードと前記第1のトランジスタの制御入力との間に結合される抵抗器と、
前記第1のトランジスタの制御入力と前記接地リードとの間に結合される第2のトランジスタであって、前記イネーブル入力リードに結合される制御入力を有する、前記第2のトランジスタと、
を含む、前記出力放電回路と、
を含む、集積回路。 - 請求項1に記載の集積回路であって、
制御回路であって、
前記パストランジスタの制御入力と前記第2のトランジスタの制御入力との間に結合される第3のトランジスタであって、制御入力を有する、前記第3のトランジスタと、
前記第2のトランジスタの制御入力と前記接地リードとの間に結合される第4のトランジスタと、
前記イネーブル入力リードに結合される入力と、前記第4のトランジスタの制御入力に結合される出力と、前記第3のトランジスタの制御入力に結合される電力レールとを有するバッファと、
前記第3のトランジスタの制御入力と前記接地リードとの間に結合される第2のキャパシタと、
前記入力電圧リードに結合されるアノードと、前記第3のトランジスタの制御入力と前記バッファの電力レールとに結合されるカソードとを有する第2のダイオードと、
を含む、前記制御回路を更に含む、集積回路。 - 方法であって、
入力電圧リードに入力電圧を印加することと、
前記入力電圧を印加することに応答して前記入力電圧リードと接地リードとの間に結合されるキャパシタを充電することと、
前記入力電圧リードから前記入力電圧を取り除くことと、
前記入力電圧を取り除くことに応答して放電トランジスタの制御入力に抵抗器を介して前記キャパシタに蓄積された電荷を供給することであって、前記放電トランジスタが出力電圧リードと前記接地リードとの間に結合される、前記電荷を供給することと、
前記入力電圧を取り除いた後の或る時間の間に前記出力電圧リードと前記接地リードとの間を導通させるように前記キャパシタの電荷で前記放電トランジスタに電力供給することと、
を含む、方法。 - 請求項3に記載の方法であって、
前記キャパシタを充電する間に前記放電トランジスタの制御入力を前記接地リードに結合することを更に含む、方法。 - 請求項4に記載の方法であって、
前記キャパシタを充電することが、前記入力電圧リードと前記キャパシタとの間に結合されるダイオードを介して前記キャパシタを充電することを含み、
前記入力電圧を取り除くことが、前記ダイオードにより前記キャパシタの電荷が前記入力電圧リードに対して放電されることを防止することを含む、方法。
