Claims (6)
- 本体部(12)と、前記本体部(12)にヒンジ部(30)を介して連結された可動部(14)とを有する射出成形品(10)において、
前記本体部(12)は、第1ストッパ部(26)及び第2ストッパ部(28)を有し、
前記可動部(14)は、可動本体(36)と、前記可動本体(36)の、前記ヒンジ部(30)の軸線方向に沿う幅方向両端部に突出形成されるとともに、前記可動部(14)が前記ヒンジ部(30)を回動中心として回動することに伴って前記第1ストッパ部(26)と前記第2ストッパ部(28)の間を通過した後、前記第1ストッパ部(26)及び前記第2ストッパ部(28)でそれぞれ係止される第1リブ(38)、第2リブ(40)とを有し、
且つ前記可動本体(36)と前記第1リブ(38)との間、前記可動本体(36)と前記第2リブ(40)との間に、前記ヒンジ部(30)の軸線方向に直交する奥行き方向に沿って延在する第1溝(46)、第2溝(48)がそれぞれ形成されていることを特徴とする射出成形品(10)。 - 請求項1記載の射出成形品(10)において、前記第1ストッパ部(26)及び前記第2ストッパ部(28)の、前記第1リブ(38)、前記第2リブ(40)のそれぞれに当接する部位の隅部が円弧形状をなし、
且つ前記第1リブ(38)及び前記第2リブ(40)の、前記第1ストッパ部(26)、前記第2ストッパ部(28)のそれぞれに当接する部位の隅部が円弧形状をなし、
さらに、前記第1溝(46)及び前記第2溝(48)は、前記可動部(14)が前記第1ストッパ部(26)と前記第2ストッパ部(28)の間を通過するときに先に通過する通過方向前面(32)に形成され、
且つ前記第1溝(46)及び前記第2溝(48)の内壁が円弧形状に湾曲していることを特徴とする射出成形品(10)。 - 請求項2記載の射出成形品(10)において、前記可動部(14)の前記可動本体(36)は、前記第1リブ(38)、前記第2リブ(40)に比して肉厚であり、
前記可動部(14)の、該可動部(14)が前記第1リブ(38)と前記第2リブ(40)の間を通過するときに前記通過方向前面(32)よりも後に通過する通過方向後面(34)に、前記可動本体(36)と前記第1リブ(38)、前記第2リブ(40)との間に形成された段差部(50)を境界とし、前記可動本体(36)と前記第1リブ(38)、前記第2リブ(40)とが区分され、
前記段差部(50)は、前記第1溝(46)、前記第2溝(48)の底部中心の裏面に位置することを特徴とする射出成形品(10)。 - 請求項3記載の射出成形品(10)において、前記段差部(50)の角度が略90°であることを特徴とする射出成形品(10)。
- 請求項1〜4のいずれか1項に記載の射出成形品(10)において、前記第1ストッパ部(26)と前記第2ストッパ部(28)の離間距離が、前記第1溝(46)と前記第2溝(48)の離間距離に比して大きいことを特徴とする射出成形品(10)。
- 請求項1〜5のいずれか1項に記載の射出成形品(10)において、当該射出成形品(10)は、前記本体部(12)をバンパ本体(12)、前記可動部(14)がクリップ保持部(14)として有する車両用バンパ(10)であることを特徴とする射出成形品(10)。
