Description

Claims (18)
- 構成要素に実装されるように構成されているソケットコネクタであって、
両端部、該両端部間に延在する通路、及び該通路から外方に延在するチャネルを有する導電材料から成る基部と、
両端部を有する壁、該壁の両端部間に延在する通路、及び前記壁から外方に延在するフランジを含む円筒部であって、前記壁は、前記基部の通路内に固定され、前記フランジは、前記基部のチャネル内に固定され、前記円筒部は、前記基部内で移動するように構成されている、導電材料から成る円筒部と、
前記フランジと係合し、前記壁を囲む、導電材料から成る付勢部材と、
前記円筒部の通路内に固定される導電材料から成る接点であって、環状の接続部と、そこから片持ち支持されている、複数の離間配置された梁と、を含み、各梁は、前記接続部から延在する第1部分と、角部において前記第1部分から延在する第2部分と、を有し、該第2部分は前記第1部分に対して角度付けられ、凹部は前記角部に設けられる、接点と、
該接点の接続部と前記円筒部とに取り付けられ、前記接点の接続部及び前記円筒部を合わせて固定するとキャップと、を含み、
ピンが前記円筒部の両端部のいずれからも前記円筒部の通路内に挿入可能であって、前記接点の角部と係合可能である、ソケットコネクタ。 - 前記付勢部材はウェーブスプリングである、請求項1に記載のソケットコネクタ。
- 第2付勢部材は、前記フランジの反対側と当接係合し、前記壁を囲む、請求項1に記載のソケットコネクタ。
- 各付勢部材はウェーブスプリングである、請求項3に記載のソケットコネクタ。
- 前記ウェーブスプリングのうちの1つは、他のウェーブスプリングの2倍の数のウェーブを有する、請求項4に記載のソケットコネクタ。
- 前記付勢部材は、前記フランジと前記基部の間で係合する、請求項1に記載のソケットコネクタ。
- 前記付勢部材はウェーブスプリングである、請求項6に記載のソケットコネクタ。
- 前記基部の外側表面が鋸歯状である、請求項1に記載のソケットコネクタ。
- 前記基部の外側表面から外方に延在するリップを更に含む、請求項1に記載のソケットコネクタ。
- 前記接点は、環状の接続部と、該接続部から延在する複数の突出部と、前記接続部から片持ち支持されている、複数の離間配置された梁と、を含む、請求項1に記載のソケットコネクタ。
- 前記接点は、環状の接続部と、該接続部から外方に延在する、複数の第1突出部と、前記接続部から内方に延在する、複数の第2突出部と、前記接続部から片持ち支持されている、複数の離間配置された梁と、を含む、請求項1に記載のソケットコネクタ。
- 前記第1突出部は、前記接続部の外周において前記第2突出部と交互である、請求項11に記載のソケットコネクタ。
- 各梁は、前記接続部から延在する第1部分と、角部において前記第1部分から延在する第2部分と、を有し、該第2部分は、前記第1部分に対して角度付けられている、請求項11に記載のソケットコネクタ。
- ピンと更に組み合わされており、前記ピンは、前記接点を通って延在し、前記接点と接触する、請求項1に記載のソケットコネクタ。
- 構成要素と更に組み合わされており、前記ソケットコネクタの基部は、前記構成要素に実装され、前記円筒部は、前記構成要素の孔内へと延在する、請求項14に記載のソケットコネクタ及びピン。
- 構成要素と更に組み合わされており、前記ソケットコネクタの基部は、前記構成要素に実装され、前記円筒部は、前記構成要素の孔内へと延在する、請求項1に記載のソケットコネクタ。
- 前記構成要素は、プリント基板、フレックス回路、及びバスバーのうちの1つである、請求項15に記載のソケットコネクタ及び構成要素。
- 前記構成要素と共に前記ソケットコネクタを実装するように構成されている位置合わせツールと更に組み合わされている、請求項15に記載のソケットコネクタ、構成要素及び位置合わせツール。
