技术领域
本发明涉及射频同轴电缆连接器的技术领域,具体为射频同轴电缆连接器快速安装机构。
背景技术
行业内射频同轴连接器与电缆连接器形式常用的是安装式、焊接式及压接式。针对安装式结构,行业内都是通过螺纹旋接来实现的,可进行拆卸。安装式结构的连接器相比其他两种结构价格偏贵,但其优点在于在工程施工中使用灵活,可以根据实际长度或接口形式需求做调整。根据调研,在工程施工中一个熟练的施工人员安装一个连接器需要花费2~3分钟,对于一名新人,按照安装说明书安装一个连接器基本要花费10~15分钟,而且可能还安装不到位,性能指标不良。
现在国内外同一型号的连接器内部结构基本大同小异,其电气性能方面所凸显的问题也基本一致,特别是行业内关注比较多的动态互调。针对动态互调的问题,我们也经过较多的试验分析,除去材料及电镀问题,连接器电缆夹对电缆外导体的夹持及连接器插孔对电缆内导体的夹持能力量方面对互调起到较大的影响作用。常规的连接器对电缆外导体只有简单的夹持,其余部位与电缆外导体的空隙均比较大,而在动态情况下就电缆外导体晃动会导致互调极不稳定,同样的问题也出现在内导体夹持上,故这两个因素对动态互调的稳定起到至关重要的影响。
随着基站系统对各个组件性能的要求越来越高及人工施工成本的不断提高,很多国外厂家都在寻找性能稳定且易安装的连接器开发方案。
发明内容
针对上述问题,本发明提供了射频同轴电缆连接器快速安装机构,其安装简单、快速,机械结构稳定性高,工作可靠性高,提高了产品的竞争力。
射频同轴电缆连接器快速安装机构,其特征在于:其包括前壳体、后保护套,所述前壳体的腔体内安装有前绝缘体、中心导体、后绝缘体,所述前绝缘体、中心导体、后绝缘体前后向顺次布置,所述前绝缘体、中心导体、后绝缘体的中心轴向位置上分别设置有第一定位孔、第二定位孔、第一贯穿孔,电缆压接环的前端面压装于所述后绝缘体的后端面的外径环部端面,所述电缆压接环的外环端面和所述前壳体的内环面间过盈配合定位连接,所述前壳体的后外环面和所述后保护套的前内环面过盈配合定位连接,所述后保护套的内腔内设置有电缆夹组件,所述电缆夹组件所形成的夹持面用于夹持住待连接电缆的外导体的外环面。
其进一步特征在于:所述前壳体的外环端面的止挡凸起内侧套装有第一密封圈,电缆连接到位后、所述第一密封圈的外环面紧贴所述后保护套的内环面,确保封装到位;
所述电缆夹组件包括底座、电缆夹,所述底座的外环面和所述后保护套的对应内环面间过盈配合连接,所述电缆夹的后端倒钩结构卡装于所述底座对应的槽孔中,所述电缆夹的内端环面形成夹持面;
所述电缆夹具体为四瓣电缆夹结构圆周向拼合形成的圆环结构,每个电缆夹结构的后端倒钩结构定位于对应的所述槽孔内;
截面状态下的所述电缆夹结构包括第一凸起、内凹段、第二凸起,所述第一凸起、内凹段、第二凸起组成夹持结构;
所述电缆夹的前端外环面套装有O型圈,所述电缆夹的后端外环面套装有卡簧,电缆连接到位后,电缆夹所形成的外环面被推装于所述前壳体的后端内腔内;
所述槽孔预留有卡簧安装腔,所述卡簧套装于所述电缆夹的后端外环面、并定位于所述卡簧安装腔内;
所述底座包括轴向后凸起环,所述轴向后凸起环插装于所述后保护套对应的安装槽内,所述轴向后凸起环的后端和所述安装槽的内端壁间设置有密封圈,工作状态下所述密封圈的内环面同时套装于待连接电缆的护套外环面,确保防水性能;
预安装时所述底座的主体后端面和所述后保护套的对应定位端面间留有间隙,所述轴向后凸起环的后端环面的截面为斜面,压接过程中通过底座的主体后端面和后保护套的定位端面作为限制面,确保在压接过程中密封圈受力变形,达到密封的效果;
所述第一定位孔的孔径小于所述第一贯穿孔的孔径,确保电缆的内导体可以被更好地紧固。
采用本发明的结构后,首先进行电缆的剥线及预装,其中剥线要求进行电缆发泡处理,在电缆护套上做好标记或听到两声“咔擦”表示连接器已经预装到位,此时电缆内导体已在后绝缘体的第二贯穿孔内,保证同心度的同时确保电缆内导体进入中心导体的第一贯穿孔内,之后在压接过程中,电缆外导体顶住电缆压接环,因为电缆压接环与前壳体为过盈配合,所以电缆外导体受挤压弯曲变形,外导体重叠,被夹持于电缆夹组件的家吃面和电缆压接环之间,当作用于电缆的压接力大于电缆压接环与壳体之间的阻力时,电缆压接环开始发生位移,同时顺带后绝缘体及中心导体往前推进、进而带动中心导体进入第一定位孔内,更好的紧固电缆内导体;本发明的连接器已预安装,无需把前后壳体拧开再安装,只需把按尺寸剥好的电缆插入连接器,然后使用工具进行压接,安装简单、方便;前后壳体过盈配合压接结构,代替常规的螺纹旋接结构,同时经过试验与电缆连接的抗拉强度明显大于常规螺纹旋接结构。

具体实施方式
射频同轴电缆连接器快速安装机构,见图1~图7:其包括前壳体1、后保护套2,前壳体1的腔体内安装有前绝缘体4、中心导体3、后绝缘体6,前绝缘体4、中心导体3、后绝缘体6前后向顺次布置,前绝缘体4、中心导体3、后绝缘体6的中心轴向位置上分别设置有第一定位孔41、第二定位孔31、第一贯穿孔61,电缆压接环5的前端面压装于后绝缘体6的后端面的外径环部端面,电缆压接环5的外环端面和前壳体1的内环面间过盈配合定位连接,前壳体1的后外环面和后保护套2的前内环面过盈配合定位连接,后保护套2的内腔内设置有电缆夹组件7,电缆夹组件7所形成的夹持面用于夹持住待连接电缆的外导体的外环面。
前壳体1的外环端面的止挡凸起14内侧套装有第一密封圈15,电缆13连接到位后、第一密封圈15的外环面紧贴后保护套2的内环面,确保封装到位;
电缆夹组件包括底座9、电缆夹8,底座9的外环面和后保护套2的对应内环面间过盈配合连接,电缆夹8的后端倒钩结构81卡装于底座9对应的槽孔91中,电缆夹8的内端环面形成夹持面。
具体实施例中,电缆夹8具体为四瓣电缆夹结构82圆周向拼合形成的圆环结构,每个电缆夹结构82的后端倒钩结构81定位于对应的槽孔91内;
截面状态下的电缆夹结构82包括第一凸起821、内凹段822、第二凸起823,第一凸起821、内凹段822、第二凸起823组成夹持结构;
电缆夹8的前端外环面套装有O型圈12,电缆夹8的后端外环面套装有卡簧11,电缆13连接到位后,电缆夹8所形成的外环面被推装于前壳体的后端内腔内;
槽孔91预留有卡簧安装腔,卡簧11套装于电缆夹8的后端外环面、并定位于卡簧安装腔内;
底座9包括轴向后凸起环92,轴向后凸起环92插装于后保护套2对应的安装槽21内,轴向后凸起环92的后端和安装槽21的内端壁间设置有密封圈10,工作状态下密封圈10的内环面同时套装于待连接电缆13的护套外环面,确保防水性能;
预安装时底座9的主体后端面和后保护套2的对应定位端面间留有间隙,轴向后凸起环92的后端环面的截面为斜面,压接过程中通过底座9的主体后端面和后保护套2的定位端面作为限制面,确保在压接过程中密封圈10受力变形,达到密封的效果;第一定位孔41的孔径小于中心导体3的外径,确保电缆的内导体可以被更好地紧固;电缆安装过程中,电缆夹结构82被撑开,但卡簧11和0型圈12使其收紧恢复原样,电缆夹8中第一凸起821和第二凸起823卡于电缆外导体波谷中,防止电缆窜动。
本发明的快速安装连接器的有益效果如下:
a)本发明连接器已预安装,无需把前后壳体拧开再安装,只需把按尺寸剥好的电缆插入连接器,然后使用工具进行压接,安装简单、方便;
b)前后壳体过盈配合压接结构,代替常规的螺纹旋接结构,同时经过试验与电缆连接的抗拉强度明显大于常规螺纹旋接结构;
c)电缆夹采用分体结构,电缆夹与底座通过倒钩结构及卡簧固定,电缆夹前部通过弹性橡胶件(O型圈)固定,使电缆夹均有撑开后收缩功能,电缆装入连接器过程中撑开电缆夹,安装过程较为省力,而常规的开槽铜件电缆夹安装后无法自动恢复原样;
d)上述的电缆夹结构中有设计两个电缆波谷固定点,对电缆外导体的固定效果更优,减少电缆在晃动过程中连接器内部外导体的位移,能够达到较为稳定的性能指标;
e)电缆夹与外导体的夹持采用双层铜带,代替之前的单层夹持,夹持更加牢靠。
f)连接器内导体开槽尾部对电缆内导体的夹持,在连接器压接过程中内导体夹持部位被压进前绝缘体中,而前绝缘体孔径小于连接器开槽部位外径,使前绝缘体对夹持部位进行保护,增大对电缆内导体的夹持力;
g)连接器与电缆护套部位密封圈通过在连接器压接过程中挤压变形,实现连接器防水。

1.射频同轴电缆连接器快速安装机构,其特征在于:其包括前壳体、后保护套,所述前壳体的腔体内安装有前绝缘体、中心导体、后绝缘体,所述前绝缘体、中心导体、后绝缘体前后向顺次布置,所述前绝缘体、中心导体、后绝缘体的中心轴向位置上分别设置有第一定位孔、第二定位孔、第一贯穿孔,电缆压接环的前端面压装于所述后绝缘体的后端面的外径环部端面,所述电缆压接环的外环端面和所述前壳体的内环面间过盈配合定位连接,所述前壳体的后外环面和所述后保护套的前内环面过盈配合定位连接,所述后保护套的内腔内设置有电缆夹组件,所述电缆夹组件所形成的夹持面用于夹持住待连接电缆的外导体的外环面;
所述电缆夹组件包括底座、电缆夹,所述底座的外环面和所述后保护套的对应内环面间过盈配合连接,所述电缆夹的后端倒钩结构卡装于所述底座对应的槽孔中,所述电缆夹的内端环面形成夹持面。
2.如权利要求1所述的射频同轴电缆连接器快速安装机构,其特征在于:所述前壳体的外环端面的止挡凸起内侧套装有第一密封圈,电缆连接到位后、所述第一密封圈的外环面紧贴所述后保护套的内环面。
3.如权利要求1所述的射频同轴电缆连接器快速安装机构,其特征在于:所述电缆夹具体为四瓣电缆夹结构圆周向拼合形成的圆环结构,每个电缆夹结构的后端倒钩结构定位于对应的所述槽孔内。
4.如权利要求3所述的射频同轴电缆连接器快速安装机构,其特征在于:截面状态下的所述电缆夹结构包括第一凸起、内凹段、第二凸起,所述第一凸起、内凹段、第二凸起组成夹持结构。
5.如权利要求1所述的射频同轴电缆连接器快速安装机构,其特征在于:所述电缆夹的前端外环面套装有O型圈,所述电缆夹的后端外环面套装有卡簧,电缆连接到位后,电缆夹所形成的外环面被推装于所述前壳体的后端内腔内。
6.如权利要求5所述的射频同轴电缆连接器快速安装机构,其特征在于:所述槽孔预留有卡簧安装腔,所述卡簧套装于所述电缆夹的后端外环面、并定位于所述卡簧安装腔内。
7.如权利要求1所述的射频同轴电缆连接器快速安装机构,其特征在于:所述底座包括轴向后凸起环,所述轴向后凸起环插装于所述后保护套对应的安装槽内,所述轴向后凸起环的后端和所述安装槽的内端壁间设置有密封圈,工作状态下所述密封圈的内环面同时套装于待连接电缆的护套外环面。
8.如权利要求7所述的射频同轴电缆连接器快速安装机构,其特征在于:预安装时所述底座的主体后端面和所述后保护套的对应定位端面间留有间隙,所述轴向后凸起环的后端环面的截面为斜面,压接过程中通过底座的主体后端面和后保护套的定位端面作为限制面,确保在压接过程中密封圈受力变形,达到密封的效果。
