Abstract

本实用新型提供一种一体式压接连接器,包括螺套、绝缘子、插针、外壳和电缆夹,所述绝缘子设于所述外壳内,所述绝缘子固定所述插针,所述绝缘子与所述外壳间设有O型圈一,所述插针的端部铣槽收口形成弹性结构;该种一体式压接连接器,通过插针的弹性结构夹紧电缆的内导体;在外壳与电缆夹,或外壳与后外壳间的过盈配合;并进行一次性完成压接,达到可靠连接,从而便于电缆的安装与使用。该种一体式压接连接器,在连接器头部的橡胶前壳体和塑料后壳体过盈配合连接时,橡胶前壳体和塑料后壳体向四周产生弹性变形,从而将连接器密封;在连接器尾部,塑料后壳体和电缆夹之间通过螺纹连接,压紧中间的螺纹密封圈,从而将连接器密封,形成良好的防水结构。

一体式压接连接器
技术领域
本实用新型涉及电缆连接器技术领域,具体地说,涉及一种一体式压接连接器。
背景技术
在移动通信基站或室内覆盖系统中,不可缺少地需要使用连接器进行传输高频信号和功率。一体式压接连接器主要分成两大类:一类是配普通电缆的一体式压接连接器;另一类是配超柔射频同轴电缆的一体式压接连接器。但在现有技术中的两类连接器均是螺纹连接且是分体的,如图1和图2所示,以致两类连接器不能保证电缆的导体长久良好稳定地连接。
此外,连接器在使用过程中渗入水则会影响其使用效果,并对设备造成损坏,以此,连接器的整体环境保护问题是应当予以解决。
发明内容
本实用新型的目的是提供一种一体式压接连接器解决现有技术中存在的不能快速安装与连接器的整体环境保护问题。
本实用新型的技术解决方案是:
一种一体式压接连接器,包括螺套、绝缘子、插针、外壳和电缆夹,所述绝缘子设于所述外壳内,所述绝缘子固定所述插针,所述绝缘子与所述外壳间设有O型圈一,所述插针的端部铣槽收口形成弹性结构。
进一步改进在于:所述外壳与所述电缆夹间设有O型圈二,所述电缆夹内设有扁O型圈。
进一步改进在于:所述外壳与所述电缆夹过盈配合。 
进一步改进在于:还包括橡胶前壳体和塑料后壳体,所述螺套设于所述橡胶前壳体内,所述电缆夹设于所述塑料后壳体内,所述塑料后壳体内设有密封圈,所述电缆夹与塑料后壳体间设有密封圈。
本实用新型一种一体式压接连接器,通过插针端部铣槽收口形成的弹性结构夹紧电缆的内导体,同时,通过外壳与电缆夹的过盈配合,压接外壳与电缆夹,使一体式压接连接器的外壳与电缆夹形成一体式,之后压紧电缆的外导体,从而便于电缆的安装。
 该种一体式压接连接器,在橡胶前壳体和塑料后壳体过盈配合连接时,在连接器头部的橡胶前壳体和塑料后壳体向四周产生弹性变形,从而将连接器密封;在连接器尾部,塑料后壳体和电缆夹之间通过螺纹连接,压紧中间的螺纹密封圈,从而将连接器密封,形成良好的防水结构。同时,可以根据设备不同的接口形式,如全螺纹或部分螺纹,而采用不同的橡胶前壳体,如配电缆、带螺纹或者光滑的等。

进一步改进在于:所述外壳与所述后外壳过盈配合。 
进一步改进在于:还包括橡胶前壳体和塑料后壳体,所述螺套设于所述橡胶前壳体内,所述电缆夹和所述后外壳设于所述塑料后壳体内,所述塑料后壳体内设有密封圈,所述后外壳与塑料后壳体间设有密封圈。
本实用新型一种一体式压接连接器,通过插针端部铣槽收口形成的弹性结构夹紧电缆的内导体,通过外壳与后外壳的过盈配合,压接外壳与后外壳,使一体式压接连接器的外壳与后外壳形成一体式,之后压紧外导体,从而便于电缆的安装。在对电缆进行剥线时,需使外导体的断面处于波峰处,剥后的电缆通过后外壳与电缆夹的内孔,使电缆夹的凸台嵌入电缆外导体的第一个波谷中,从而在压接时,使电缆夹与外导体压紧,达到可靠连接。
该种一体式压接连接器,在橡胶前壳体和塑料后壳体过盈配合连接时,在连接器头部的橡胶前壳体和塑料后壳体向四周产生弹性变形,从而将连接器密封;在连接器尾部,塑料后壳体和电缆夹之间通过螺纹连接,压紧中间的螺纹密封圈,从而将连接器密封,形成良好的防水结构。同时,可以根据设备不同的接口形式,如全螺纹或部分螺纹,而采用不同的橡胶前壳体,如配电缆、带螺纹或者光滑的等。
本实用新型的有益效果是:本实用新型一种一体式压接连接器,通过插针端部铣槽收口形成的弹性结构夹紧电缆的内导体。同时,可以通过外壳与电缆夹的过盈配合,压接外壳与电缆夹,使一体式压接连接器的外壳与电缆夹形成一体式,之后压紧电缆的外导体,达到可靠连接,从而便于电缆的安装。或者通过外壳与后外壳的过盈配合,压接外壳与后外壳,使一体式压接连接器的外壳与后外壳形成一体式,之后压紧电缆的外导体,达到可靠连接,从而便于电缆的安装。该种一体式压接连接器,在连接器头部的橡胶前壳体和塑料后壳体过盈配合连接时,橡胶前壳体和塑料后壳体向四周产生弹性变形,从而将连接器密封;在连接器尾部,塑料后壳体和电缆夹之间通过螺纹连接,压紧中间的螺纹密封圈,从而将连接器密封,形成良好的防水结构。

具体实施方式
下面结合附图详细说明本实用新型的优选实施例。
实施例一
如图2、图3和图4所示,本实施例提供一种一体式压接连接器,包括螺套2、绝缘子4、插针5、外壳7和电缆夹8,所述绝缘子4设于所述外壳7内,所述绝缘子4固定所述插针5,所述绝缘子4与所述外壳7间设有O型圈一3,所述插针5的端部铣槽收口形成弹性结构,所述外壳7与所述电缆夹8间设有O型圈二6,所述电缆夹8内设有扁O型圈10,所述外壳7与所述电缆夹8过盈配合。
    本实施例一种一体式压接连接器,将剥好的电缆从电缆夹8直接旋入,用专用工具压接一体式连接器,使一体式连接器夹紧电缆不脱落。在压接过程中,外壳7向电缆夹8移动,电缆夹8保持不动,一次性完成压接。
实施例二
如图5、图6和图7所示,本实施例提供一种一体式压接连接器,包括螺套2、绝缘子4、插针5、外壳7和电缆夹8,所述绝缘子4设于所述外壳7内,所述绝缘子4固定所述插针5,所述绝缘子4与所述外壳7间设有O型圈一3,所述插针5的端部铣槽收口形成弹性结构,所述外壳7与所述电缆夹8间设有O型圈二6,所述电缆夹8内设有扁O型圈10,所述外壳7与所述电缆夹8过盈配合,还包括橡胶前壳体1和塑料后壳体11,所述螺套2设于所述橡胶前壳体1内,所述电缆夹8设于所述塑料后壳体11内,所述塑料后壳体11内设有密封圈12,所述电缆夹8与塑料后壳体11间设有密封圈12。

如图8和图9所示,一种一体式压接连接器,包括螺套2、绝缘子4、插针5、外壳7和电缆夹8,所述绝缘子4设于所述外壳7内,所述绝缘子4固定所述插针5,所述绝缘子4与所述外壳7间设有O型圈一3,所述插针5的端部铣槽收口形成弹性结构,还包括后外壳9,所述电缆夹8设于所述后外壳9内,所述电缆夹8的内侧表面设有凸台13,所述外壳7与所述后外壳9间设有O型圈三,所述后外壳9内设有扁O型圈10,所述外壳7与所述后外壳9过盈配合。

如图10、图11、图12和图13所示,一种一体式压接连接器,包括螺套2、绝缘子4、插针5、外壳7和电缆夹8,所述绝缘子4设于所述外壳7内,所述绝缘子4固定所述插针5,所述绝缘子4与所述外壳7间设有O型圈一3,所述插针5的端部铣槽收口形成弹性结构,还包括后外壳9,所述电缆夹8设于所述后外壳9内,所述电缆夹8的内侧表面设有凸台13,所述外壳7与所述后外壳9间设有O型圈三,所述后外壳9内设有扁O型圈10,所述外壳7与所述后外壳9过盈配合,还包括橡胶前壳体1和塑料后壳体11,所述螺套2设于所述橡胶前壳体1内,所述电缆夹8和所述后外壳9设于所述塑料后壳体11内,所述塑料后壳体11内设有密封圈12,所述后外壳9与塑料后壳体11间设有密封圈12。

Claims (8)

1.一种一体式压接连接器,其特征在于:包括螺套(2)、绝缘子(4)、插针(5)、外壳(7)和电缆夹(8),所述绝缘子(4)设于所述外壳(7)内,所述绝缘子(4)固定所述插针(5),所述绝缘子(4)与所述外壳(7)间设有O型圈一(3),所述插针(5)的端部铣槽收口形成弹性结构。
2.根据权利要求1所述的一体式压接连接器,其特征在于:所述外壳(7)与所述电缆夹(8)间设有O型圈二(6),所述电缆夹(8)内设有扁O型圈(10)。
3.根据权利要求2所述的一体式压接连接器,其特征在于:所述外壳(7)与所述电缆夹(8)过盈配合。
4.根据权利要求1所述的一种一体式压接连接器,其特征在于:还包括后外壳(9),所述电缆夹(8)设于所述后外壳(9)内,所述电缆夹(8)的内侧表面设有凸台(13)。
5.根据权利要求4所述的一种一体式压接连接器,其特征在于:所述外壳(7)与所述后外壳(9)间设有O型圈三,所述后外壳(9)内设有扁O型圈(10)。
6.根据权利要求5所述的一种一体式压接连接器,其特征在于:所述外壳(7)与所述后外壳(9)过盈配合。
7.根据权利要求1-3任一项所述的一体式压接连接器,其特征在于:还包括橡胶前壳体(1)和塑料后壳体(11),所述螺套(2)设于所述橡胶前壳体(1)内,所述电缆夹(8)设于所述塑料后壳体(11)内,所述塑料后壳体(11)内设有密封圈(12),所述电缆夹(8)与塑料后壳体(11)间设有密封圈(12)。
8.根据权利要求4-6任一项所述的一种一体式压接连接器,其特征在于:还包括橡胶前壳体(1)和塑料后壳体(11),所述螺套(2)设于所述橡胶前壳体(1)内,所述电缆夹(8)和所述后外壳(9)设于所述塑料后壳体(11)内,所述塑料后壳体(11)内设有密封圈(12),所述后外壳(9)与塑料后壳体(11)间设有密封圈(12)。
