Claims (3)
- バッテリパックに接続するように構成されたバッテリ接続モジュールであって、
搬送トレイと、
該搬送トレイ上に取り付けられ、かつ前記バッテリパックの複数のバッテリを電気的に接続させるように構成された複数のバスバーと、
前記搬送トレイ上に取付けられ、前記複数のバスバーと機械的かつ電気的に接続されたフレキシブル回路基板であって、該フレキシブル回路基板が、開口部を備える枠形状部を有し、該枠形状部の開口部にはフレキシブル接合部が設けられている、フレキシブル回路基板と、
前記搬送トレイ上に直接取り付けられかつ連結され、前記フレキシブル回路基板の上方に位置付けられ、フレキシブル回路基板コネクタを備えるバッテリ管理システムと、を備え、
前記フレキシブル接合部は、前記開口部の中へ延在し、反転屈曲し、前記バッテリ管理システム上のフレキシブル回路基板コネクタと接合する、バッテリ接続モジュール。 - 前記フレキシブル接合部が、前記フレキシブル回路基板コネクタと接合するために露出された導電線を有する、請求項1に記載のバッテリ接続モジュール。
- 前記フレキシブル回路基板が、前記枠形状部に接続され、前記複数のバスバーにそれぞれ機械的かつ電気的に接続されている複数の導電板も備える、請求項1に記載のバッテリ接続モジュール。
