Claims (4)
- 複数の蓄電セルを積層した積層体と、
前記積層体上に載置された樹脂プレートと、
前記樹脂プレート上に載置され、前記複数の蓄電セルと電気的に接続された電気回路を有するフレキシブルプリント基板と、
前記電気回路上に設けられ、前記複数の蓄電セルのうちの1つの蓄電セルに接触して該蓄電セルの温度を検出するサーミスタ素子と、
前記樹脂プレート上に設けられ、前記フレキシブルプリント基板を覆うカバー部材とを備え、
前記樹脂プレートは、前記サーミスタ素子と前記蓄電セルとが互いに接触する位置に開口部を有しており、
前記フレキシブルプリント基板は、本体部と、前記樹脂プレートの前記開口部上に延出した延出片部と、前記本体部の端部に位置し、かつ前記延出片部に隣接して前記延出片部より幅広の根元部とを有し、
前記延出片部は、前記根元部に対して前記本体部とは反対側に位置しており、
前記サーミスタ素子は、前記延出片部上に配置されており、
前記カバー部材は、樹脂プレート側に突出して、前記延出片部を押し曲げて前記サーミスタ素子を前記蓄電セルに押しつける突出部を有し、
前記根元部は、前記樹脂プレートに固定されている、蓄電モジュール。 - 前記カバー部材は、前記樹脂プレート上の前記フレキシブルプリント基板に向けて突出する突起を有し、
前記突起が前記フレキシブルプリント基板に当接することにより、前記根元部が前記樹脂プレートに固定されている、請求項1に記載の蓄電モジュール。 - 前記樹脂プレートは、前記フレキシブルプリント基板を貫通する突起部を含み、
前記突起部がカシメられることにより、前記根元部が前記樹脂プレートに固定されている、請求項1または請求項2に記載の蓄電モジュール。 - 前記樹脂プレートは、前記フレキシブルプリント基板を貫通する突起部を含み、
前記突起部の外周部に設けられ、前記根元部を前記樹脂プレートに固定する固定部材をさらに備える、請求項1または請求項2に記載の蓄電モジュール。
