Description
Claims (9)
- 複数の蓄電セルを積層方向に積層した積層体と、
前記複数の蓄電セルの前記積層体上に載置される樹脂プレートと、
前記樹脂プレート上に載置され、前記複数の蓄電セルと電気的に接続される電気回路を有するフレキシブルプリント基板と、
前記電気回路上に設けられた素子とを備え、
前記電気回路は前記積層方向に延びる部分を有し、前記素子は前記積層方向に延びる前記電気回路上に設けられ、
前記フレキシブルプリント基板は、互いに隣接する第1固定部および第2固定部を含む固定位置において前記樹脂プレートに固定され、
前記第1固定部の前記積層方向の中心と前記第2固定部の前記積層方向の中心とは、前記積層方向に沿って第1の距離(L1)だけ離間し、
前記素子の前記積層方向の中心は、前記第1固定部の前記積層方向の中心または前記第2固定部の前記積層方向の中心から前記積層方向に沿って前記第1の距離(L1)の1/3以下の第2の距離(L2)だけ離間する位置に設けられる、蓄電モジュール。 - 前記第2の距離(L2)は、前記第1の距離(L1)の1/4以下である、請求項1に記載の蓄電モジュール。
- 複数の蓄電セルを積層方向に積層した積層体と、
前記複数の蓄電セルの前記積層体上に載置される樹脂プレートと、
前記樹脂プレート上に載置され、前記複数の蓄電セルと電気的に接続される電気回路を有するフレキシブルプリント基板と、
前記電気回路上に設けられた素子とを備え、
前記電気回路は前記積層方向に延びる部分を有し、前記素子は前記積層方向に延びる前記電気回路上に設けられ、
前記フレキシブルプリント基板は、互いに隣接する第1固定部および第2固定部を含む固定位置において前記樹脂プレートに固定され、
前記素子の前記積層方向の中心は、前記第1固定部および前記第2固定部において固定された前記フレキシブルプリント基板を1次振動モードで振動させたときの前記第1固定部および前記第2固定部の間における最大振幅点から前記第1固定部の前記積層方向の中心または前記第2固定部の前記積層方向の中心までの前記積層方向に沿う距離の半分以下の距離だけ前記第1固定部の前記積層方向の中心または前記第2固定部の前記積層方向の中心から前記積層方向に沿って離れた位置に設けられる、蓄電モジュール。 - 前記フレキシブルプリント基板を覆うように前記樹脂プレート上に設けられるカバー部材をさらに備え、
前記樹脂プレートは、前記フレキシブルプリント基板を貫通する凸部を含み、
前記カバー部材は、前記樹脂プレート上の前記フレキシブルプリント基板に向けて突出する筒状突起を含み、
前記凸部は、前記筒状突起の内周に収納され、
前記第1固定部および前記第2固定部は、2つの前記筒状突起により構成される、請求項1から請求項3のいずれか1項に記載の蓄電モジュール。 - 前記筒状突起は先端部を含み、
前記先端部は、
前記フレキシブルプリント基板に当接する当接部と、
前記筒状突起の周方向に前記当接部と並び、前記フレキシブルプリント基板から離間する非当接部とを有する、請求項4に記載の蓄電モジュール。 - 前記非当接部は、前記筒状突起の前記先端部に設けられた切り欠き部により構成される、請求項5に記載の蓄電モジュール。
- 前記樹脂プレートは、前記フレキシブルプリント基板を貫通する凸部を含み、
前記凸部を前記フレキシブルプリント基板にカシメることにより前記第1固定部または前記第2固定部が形成される、請求項1から請求項3のいずれか1項に記載の蓄電モジュール。 - 前記樹脂プレートは、前記フレキシブルプリント基板を貫通する凸部を含み、
前記凸部の外周部に設けられ、前記フレキシブルプリント基板を前記樹脂プレートに固定する固定部材をさらに備え、
前記固定部材により前記第1固定部または前記第2固定部が形成される、請求項1から請求項3のいずれか1項に記載の蓄電モジュール。 - 前記素子は、ヒューズ素子または抵抗素子である、請求項1から請求項8のいずれか1項に記載の蓄電モジュール。
