Description
Claims (9)
- 電極端子を有する複数の電池セルと、
前記複数の電池セルの状態を検出する検出回路が実装されるリジッド基板と、
前記電極端子及び前記検出回路を電気的に接続するフレキシブルプリント基板と、
前記フレキシブルプリント基板の先端に設けられ、前記複数の電池セルと前記フレキシブルプリント基板とを電気的に接続する接続部材と、を備え、
前記フレキシブルプリント基板は、前記リジッド基板に固定される複数の固定部を有し、
前記複数の固定部は、
前記リジッド基板に一端が固定され、前記電極端子と前記検出回路を電気的に接続する複数の導電箔を有する信号ライン接続部と、
前記リジッド基板に一端が固定され、前記電極端子から絶縁される固定用金属箔を有する補強部と、を含み、
前記信号ライン接続部は、前記リジッド基板と重なる接続領域を有し、
さらに、前記接続領域内において前記複数の導電箔が延在する延在方向に対して垂直方向に延びる補強パッドを備えることを特徴とする電源装置。 - 請求項1に記載の電源装置であって、
さらに、前記複数の電池セルを含む直方体形状の電池ブロックを備え、
前記リジッド基板は、前記電池ブロックの一面に対向して配置されることを特徴とする電源装置。 - 請求項2に記載の電源装置であって、
前記接続領域において、前記リジッド基板は、前記フレキシブルプリント基板と前記複数の電池セルの間に位置することを特徴とする電源装置。 - 請求項1乃至3のいずれかに記載の電源装置であって、
前記複数の導電箔及び前記固定用金属箔は、ハンダを介して、前記リジッド基板に固定されることを特徴とする電源装置。 - 請求項4に記載の電源装置であって、
前記固定用金属箔は、さらに前記信号ライン接続部にも設けられ、
前記補強パッドは、前記信号ライン接続部の固定用金属箔に溶接されるハンダで構成されることを特徴とする電源装置。 - 請求項1乃至請求項5のいずれかに記載の電源装置であって、
前記リジッド基板は、平面視において長方形形状に形成され、
前記複数の固定部は、前記リジッド基板の長辺に沿って並設されることを特徴とする電源装置。 - 請求項6に記載の電源装置であって、
前記補強部は、複数の補強部を含み、
前記リジッド基板の長辺に沿って並設される前記複数の補強部の間に、前記信号ライン接続部が配置されることを特徴とする電源装置。 - 請求項6または請求項7に記載の電源装置であって、
前記複数の電池セルは、複数の端子列を形成するように積層して配置され、
前記リジッド基板は、前記リジッド基板の長辺が前記複数の端子列の配列方向に沿うように前記複数の端子列の間に配置されることを特徴とする電源装置。 - 請求項6または請求項7に記載の電源装置であって、
さらに、前記複数の電池セルの電極端子同士を電気的に接続する複数のバスバーを備え、
前記接続部材は、前記バスバーに溶接される複数のタブであることを特徴とする電源装置。
