- 第1方向に配列された複数の電池セルと、
前記複数の電池セルの第1の側に設けられたプレート部材と、
前記プレート部材上に設けられたフレキシブルプリント基板および制御基板とを備え、
前記制御基板はコネクタ部を有し、
前記フレキシブルプリント基板は接続部を有し、前記接続部が前記コネクタ部に接続されることにより前記フレキシブルプリント基板と前記制御基板とが互いに電気的に接続され、
前記接続部が前記コネクタ部に接続されない状態で、前記フレキシブルプリント基板の前記接続部の少なくとも一部が、前記第1の側からみて前記制御基板と重なる領域であって前記制御基板と前記プレート部材との間に位置し、
前記フレキシブルプリント基板は、前記接続部の近傍に設けられ、前記制御基板と重なる領域から突出するタブをさらに有する、電池モジュール。 - 前記フレキシブルプリント基板は、フィルム層と、前記フィルム層に形成された導体部とを有し、
前記導体部は、前記制御基板と電気的に接続される配線部分と、前記タブ上または前記タブ近傍に形成され、前記制御基板と電気的に接続されないダミー部分とを含む、請求項1に記載の電池モジュール。 - 前記プレート部材は、前記タブ近傍に形成され、前記フレキシブルプリント基板の折り曲げ線を誘導する凹部または凸部を含む、請求項1または請求項2に記載の電池モジュール。
- 前記フレキシブルプリント基板は、前記タブの根元近傍に形成され、前記フレキシブルプリント基板の切断線を誘導する切り欠き部を含む、請求項1または請求項2に記載の電池モジュール。
- 前記フレキシブルプリント基板は、第1部分と、前記第1部分から分岐し、前記接続部を含む第2部分とを含み、
前記第2部分は、前記第1部分の延在方向から前記制御基板に接続される、請求項1または請求項2に記載の電池モジュール。 - 前記フレキシブルプリント基板の前記第1部分と前記第2部分との間に前記第1部分の前記延在方向に沿った切り込み部が形成されている、請求項5に記載の電池モジュール。
- 前記フレキシブルプリント基板の前記第2部分は、前記接続部に連なる辺部に相対的に幅が広い拡幅部を有する、請求項5に記載の電池モジュール。
- 前記フレキシブルプリント基板の前記第2部分は、前記第1部分の前記延在方向に沿って形成された第1辺部と、前記第1辺部に略直交する第2辺部とを含む、請求項5に記載の電池モジュール。
