Claims (6)
- 複数の蓄電セルを積層方向に積層した積層体と、
前記複数の蓄電セルの前記積層体上に載置される樹脂プレートと、
前記樹脂プレート上に載置され、前記複数の蓄電セルと電気的に接続される電気回路を有するフレキシブルプリント基板と、
前記フレキシブルプリント基板を覆うように前記樹脂プレート上に設けられるカバー部材とを備え、
前記樹脂プレートは、前記フレキシブルプリント基板を貫通する凸部を含み、
前記カバー部材は、前記樹脂プレート上の前記フレキシブルプリント基板に向けて突出する筒状突起を含み、
前記凸部は、前記筒状突起の内周に収納され、
前記筒状突起は、前記電気回路を避けた位置において前記フレキシブルプリント基板に当接する、蓄電モジュール。 - 前記筒状突起は先端部を含み、
前記先端部は、
前記フレキシブルプリント基板に当接する当接部と、
前記筒状突起の周方向に前記当接部と並び、前記フレキシブルプリント基板から離間する非当接部とを有する、請求項1に記載の蓄電モジュール。 - 前記非当接部は、前記筒状突起の前記先端部に設けられた切り欠き部により構成される、請求項2に記載の蓄電モジュール。
- 前記樹脂プレートは、前記フレキシブルプリント基板が載置される底面を含み、
前記凸部は、前記底面に対して垂直な側面を有する第1部分と、前記第1部分よりも前記底面から離れた位置に設けられ、前記底面から離れるにつれて縮径する第2部分とを含み、
前記筒状突起は、前記第2部分を超えて前記第1部分の径方向外方にまで達する、請求項1から請求項3のいずれか1項に記載の蓄電モジュール。 - 前記複数の蓄電セルは、筐体と、前記積層方向に直交する方向に並ぶように前記筐体に設けられた2つの電極端子と、前記2つの電極端子の間に位置する前記筐体に設けられたガス排出弁とを含み、
前記樹脂プレートは、前記ガス排出弁の上部に位置する開口部を含み、
前記筒状突起および前記凸部は、前記開口部に対して前記2つの電極端子が並ぶ方向の両側に設けられる、請求項1から請求項4のいずれか1項に記載の蓄電モジュール。 - 前記筒状突起および前記凸部は、前記積層方向に沿って複数設けられる、請求項1から請求項5のいずれか1項に記載の蓄電モジュール。
