Description
図1は、実施の形態1に係る電池モジュールの概略構造を示す平面図である。図2は、電池モジュールにおけるバスバーを含む領域を拡大して示す平面図である。図3は、電池積層体の一部の概略構造を示す斜視図である。なお、図1では、電池積層体について一部の電池のみを破線で図示している。また、保護素子の図示を省略している。図2は、図1における破線領域Rの拡大図であり、電池8の図示を省略している。
続いて、本実施の形態に係る保護素子実装フレキシブルフラットケーブルの製造方法について説明する。図5(A)~図5(D)は、実施の形態1に係る保護素子実装FFCの製造方法の工程を示す模式図である。
実施の形態2に係る保護素子実装FFCは、保護素子の構造とフレキシブルフラットケーブルへの実装方法が異なる点を除き、実施の形態1と共通の構成を有する。以下、本実施の形態に係る保護素子実装FFCについて実施の形態1と異なる構成を中心に説明し、共通する構成については簡単に説明するか、あるいは説明を省略する。図6(A)は、実施の形態2に係る保護素子実装FFCの一部を模式的に示す平面図である。図6(B)は、保護素子実装FFCにおける上側の絶縁シートを剥離した状態を模式的に示す平面図である。
続いて、本実施の形態に係る保護素子実装フレキシブルフラットケーブルの製造方法について説明する。図7(A)~図7(C)は、実施の形態2に係る保護素子実装FFCの製造方法の工程を示す模式図である。
Claims (5)
- 複数の導線と、
前記複数の導線を被覆する絶縁シートと、
少なくとも1つの前記導線の途中に配置され、当該導線に過電流が流れることを制限する保護素子であり、前記導線の一部であって他部よりも断面積が小さい部分で構成される保護素子と、
前記保護素子を支持する基板と、を備えることを特徴とする保護素子実装フレキシブルフラットケーブル。 - 積層された複数の電池を有する電池積層体に接続されて各電池の電圧を検出する電圧検出線を構成する請求項1に記載の保護素子実装フレキシブルフラットケーブル。
- 前記基板は、前記絶縁シートに固定される請求項1または2に記載の保護素子実装フレキシブルフラットケーブル。
- 積層された複数の電池を有する電池積層体と、
各電池の電圧を検出する電圧検出線を構成する、請求項1乃至3のいずれか1項に記載の保護素子実装フレキシブルフラットケーブルと、を備えることを特徴とする電池モジュール。 - 複数の導線、および前記複数の導線を被覆する絶縁シートを備えるフレキシブルフラットケーブルの所定領域において、前記導線の一部および前記絶縁シートを切除し、前記導線における前記所定領域に残された部分を、前記導線に過電流が流れることを制限する保護素子とする工程と、
前記保護素子を支持する基板を設ける工程と、を含むことを特徴とする保護素子実装フレキシブルフラットケーブルの製造方法。
