Claims (3)
- 第1ポンプ及び第2ポンプから吐出された作動流体を合流させて流体圧アクチュエータの流体圧室に供給可能に構成される流体圧制御装置であって、
前記第1ポンプから吐出される作動流体を導く第1ポンプ通路と、
前記第2ポンプから吐出される作動流体を導く第2ポンプ通路と、
前記第1ポンプから前記流体圧アクチュエータに供給される作動流体の流れを制御する第1スプール弁と、
前記第2ポンプから前記流体圧アクチュエータに供給される作動流体の流れを制御する第2スプール弁と、
前記第1スプール弁と前記第2スプール弁とを接続する接続通路と、
前記第1スプール弁と前記流体圧アクチュエータの前記流体圧室とを連通する第1流体圧通路と、
前記第2スプール弁と前記流体圧アクチュエータの前記流体圧室とを連通する第2流体圧通路と、
前記第1スプール弁に接続されタンクに連通する第1タンク通路と、
前記第2スプール弁に接続されタンクに連通する第2タンク通路と、を備え、
前記第1スプール弁は、
前記第1流体圧通路と前記第1ポンプ通路とを連通する第1供給ポジションと、
前記第1流体圧通路と前記第1タンク通路とを連通すると共に前記第1流体圧通路と前記接続通路とを連通する第1排出ポジションと、を有し、
前記第2スプール弁は、
前記第2流体圧通路と前記第2ポンプ通路とを連通する第2供給ポジションと、
前記接続通路と前記第2タンク通路とを連通すると共に前記第2流体圧通路と前記第2タンク通路とを遮断する第2排出ポジションと、を有する、
ことを特徴とする流体圧制御装置。 - 前記第1スプール弁は、
第1ハウジングと、
前記第1ハウジングに形成される第1スプール孔に移動自在に収容される第1スプールと、
前記第1流体圧通路に連通し前記第1スプール孔に開口する第1流体圧ポートと、
前記第1タンク通路に連通し前記第1スプール孔に開口するタンクポートと、
前記接続通路に連通し前記第1スプール孔に開口する接続ポートと、
前記第1スプールに形成され前記第1スプールの移動に伴って前記第1流体圧ポートと前記接続ポートとを連通する接続溝と、
前記第1スプールに形成され前記第1スプールの移動に伴って前記接続ポートと前記タンクポートとを連通するタンク溝と、
前記第1スプールにおける前記接続溝と前記タンク溝との間に設けられ前記第1スプール孔に摺接するランド部と、
前記タンク溝に連通して前記ランド部に形成され、通過する作動流体の流れに抵抗を付与する第1排出絞りと、を有し、
前記第1スプール弁が前記第1排出ポジションに切り換わる方向に前記第1スプールが移動すると、前記タンクポートと前記接続ポートとが連通するよりも先に、前記第1流体圧ポートと前記接続ポートとが連通することを特徴とする請求項1に記載の流体圧制御装置。 - 前記第2スプール弁は、
第2ハウジングと、
前記第2ハウジングに形成される第2スプール孔に移動自在に収容される第2スプールと、
前記第2流体圧通路に連通し前記第2スプール孔に開口する第2流体圧ポートと、を有すると共に、前記第2タンク通路と前記接続通路との連通及び前記第2タンク通路と前記第2流体圧通路との連通をそれぞれ遮断する中立ポジションを有し、
前記第2スプールは、前記第2流体圧ポートに臨み前記第2スプール孔に摺動する制御ランド部を有し、
前記第2流体圧ポートは、前記第2スプール弁が前記中立ポジションにある状態から、前記第2排出ポジションに切り換えられる方向へ前記第2スプールがフルストロークした状態まで、前記第2スプールの前記制御ランド部によって閉塞されることを特徴とする請求項1又は2に記載の流体圧制御装置。
