Claims (11)

前記ナノエマルジョン溶液をバインダーと混合してコーティング溶液を形成する段階と、
前記コーティング溶液を基板に塗布し、コーティング溶液層を形成する段階と、
前記コーティング溶液層を乾燥させる段階と、
前記コーティング溶液層に紫外線を照射し、前記反応性単分子型の添加剤を前記シェルの内面に積層することによって、前記液晶分子と前記シェルとの間に添加剤層を形成する段階とを備える、液晶カプセルの製造方法。 - 前記反応性単分子型の添加剤は、アンカリングエネルギーを調節する調節基と、前記紫外線に反応する反応基とからなり、
前記反応性単分子型の添加剤の臨界表面張力は、調節基によって、前記液晶分子の臨界表面張力より小さい、請求項9に記載の製造方法。 - 前記シェルに前記紫外線を照射すると、前記反応基が前記紫外線に反応し、前記反応性単分子型の添加剤が前記シェルの内面に固定される、請求項10に記載の製造方法。
