Description
(2)C量が0.010%以上0.10%以下程度の範囲内にある低炭素鋼を用い、連続焼鈍で再結晶焼鈍及び過時効処理したもの。
(3)C量が0.010%以上0.10%以下程度の範囲内にある低炭素鋼を用い、箱焼鈍で再結晶焼鈍したもの。
(4)C量が0.010%以上0.10%以下程度の範囲内にある低炭素鋼を用い、連続焼鈍又は箱焼鈍で再結晶焼鈍した後に、二次冷間圧延(DR(Double Reduced)圧延)したもの。
(5)C量が概ね0.003%以下程度の極低炭素鋼にNb、Ti等の固溶したCを固定する元素を添加したIF(Interstitial Free)鋼を用い、連続焼鈍で再結晶焼鈍したもの。
示差走査熱量測定装置を用いて、室温から290℃まで10℃/min.の昇温速度で容器用樹脂被膜金属板より剥離した樹脂被膜層を昇温し、200℃以上280℃以下の範囲にある吸熱ピークのピーク温度を樹脂被膜層の融点とした。樹脂被膜層の剥離は、室温で濃塩酸(12mоl/L):蒸留水=1:1混合溶液中に容器用樹脂被膜金属板を浸漬し、金属板を溶解することで行った。
化学力顕微鏡(CFM)を用いて、室温で容器用樹脂被膜金属板の樹脂被膜層表面の観察を5視野(視野面積:1μm×1μm)行い、各視野あたり任意の20個の観察された潤滑成分の粒について、長径及び短径の計測結果より以下の式(1)を用いて粒径を算出し、その平均値(5視野×20点=100点の平均値)を潤滑成分の平均粒径とした。観察視野に潤滑成分が20点観察されなかった場合は、視野内の全ての粒について計測を行い、その平均値とした。なお、測定には探針の先端部が疎水性処理されたプローブを用いた。また、測定限界である10nm未満のサイズで分散する潤滑成分については、表1〜4において「<10」と記載している。
実施例1〜31及び比較例1〜16の容器用樹脂被膜金属板にパラフィンワックスを塗布した後、直径123mmの円板を打抜き、カッピングプレス機で内径71mm、高さ36mmのカップに絞り成形した。次いで、得られたカップをDI成形装置に装入し、ポンチスピード200mm/sec.、ストローク560mmで再絞り加工及び3段階のアイアニング加工で総リダクション率51%(各工程のリダクション率:23%、25%、25%)の加工を施し、内径52mm、缶高さ90mmの缶を成形した。成形後の缶について、樹脂被膜層表面を目視で観察し、以下の基準に従って加工性を評価した。
評価「○」:缶フランジ部から2mm以内の高さにわずかに削れが発生。実用上の問題なし。
評価「△」:缶フランジ部から2mmを超えて20mm以内の高さに削れが発生。実用上の問題あり。
評価「×」:缶フランジ部から20mmを超えた高さに達する削れ、または破胴が発生。実用上の問題あり。
実施例1〜31及び比較例1〜16の容器用樹脂被膜金属板を2分間で樹脂被膜層の融点+8℃となるように熱風乾燥炉にて熱処理を行い、室温まで冷却した。その後、各サンプルの容器外面側に位置する樹脂被膜層にポリエステル系の印刷インク(赤色)を印刷し、180℃で5分間の熱処理を熱風乾燥炉にて行い、室温まで冷却した。得られたサンプルのインクが印刷された面を、引っかき式塗膜硬度計を用いて500gの荷重下、10mm/min.の速度で印刷端部より走査し、インクの剥れが発生しない最大の鉛筆硬度を測定し、以下の基準に従ってインク密着性を評価した。缶体の輸送等の諸工程の間に印刷インクの剥がれが発生する場合、印刷端部からの剥れが問題となる場合が多いことから、走査を印刷端部より開始する条件で評価を実施している。
評価「○」:鉛筆硬度2H。実用上の問題なし。
評価「△」:鉛筆硬度H。実用上の問題あり。
評価「×」:鉛筆硬度がF以下。実用上の問題あり。

Claims (4)
- 金属板の両面に樹脂被膜層を備える容器用樹脂被膜金属板であって、
成形加工後に容器の外面側に位置する前記樹脂被膜層が、融点が230℃以上254℃以下の範囲にあるポリエステル樹脂を主成分とすると共に潤滑成分を含有し、
前記潤滑成分の融点が80℃以上230℃以下であり、
前記樹脂被膜層の表面に存在する前記潤滑成分の平均粒径が17.0nm以下であり、
成形加工後に容器の外面側に位置する前記樹脂被膜層が含有する前記潤滑成分が、重量平均分子量2500以上80000未満、酸価1.0mgKOH/g以上100mgKOH/g以下の酸変性ポリオレフィン又は酸化ポリオレフィンである
ことを特徴とする容器用樹脂被膜金属板。 - 成形加工後に容器の外面側に位置する前記樹脂被膜層が含有する前記潤滑成分が、0.010質量%以上1.0質量%以下の範囲内であることを特徴とする請求項1に記載の容器用樹脂被膜金属板。
- 成形加工後に容器の外面側に位置する前記樹脂被膜層が、30質量%以下の範囲内の酸化チタンを含有することを特徴とする請求項1又は2に記載の容器用樹脂被膜金属板。
- 成形加工後に容器の外面側に位置する前記樹脂被膜層が、最表面層、中間層、及び最下層からなる少なくとも3層構造を有し、前記最表面層及び最下層の膜厚が1.0μm以上5.0μm以下の範囲内にあり、前記中間層の膜厚が6.0μm以上30μm以下の範囲内にあり、前記最表面層及び最下層が0.0質量%以上2.0質量%以下の範囲内の酸化チタンを含有し、前記中間層が10質量%以上30質量%以下の範囲内の酸化チタンを含有することを特徴とする請求項3に記載の容器用樹脂被膜金属板。
