Description
上記実施形態の効果を確認するため、3種類の供試体A〜Cに対して、スライダの板状部材の接合面からのリーク量を比較する試験を実施した。供試体Aは、ボルト締結のみで組み立てたスライダである。供試体Bは、板状部材の接合面の表面粗さが供試体Aよりも小さく、ボルト締結のみで組み立てたスライダである。供試体Cは、板状部材の接合面の表面粗さが供試体Bと同一であり、さらに接合面にアルミニウム蒸着膜を形成した後、ボルト締結によって組み立てたスライダである。
Claims (2)
- ガイド軸と、該ガイド軸を収容しつつ軸方向に移動可能な筒状のスライダと、を備える
真空環境下で使用される静圧気体軸受であって、
前記スライダは、複数の板状部材を締結することで構成されており、
前記板状部材同士の接合面の全面に、板状部材よりも弾性率が小さく柔らかい材料から
なるアルミニウム蒸着によって形成された膜が介在した状態で前記板状部材同士を締結す
ることを特徴とする静圧気体軸受。 - 前記板状部材がセラミックスで作成されることを特徴とする請求項1に記載の静圧気体
軸受。
