Claims (2)
- ワイヤハーネスの外周面に編組糸が編組されて形成された編組カバーが装着されてなる編組カバー付ワイヤハーネスの製造方法であって、
編組機の下方から前記ワイヤハーネスを挿し入れ、端末処理部が設けられた編組開始端を前記ワイヤハーネスの所定の位置に配置するワイヤハーネス設置工程と、
前記ワイヤハーネスを前記編組機の下方に押し込みつつ前記ワイヤハーネスの前記外周面に前記編組糸を編組することにより、前記編組開始端から前記編組機の上方に向かって編組されて前記端末処理部を外周側から覆う折り返し部を形成する折り返し部形成工程と、
前記折り返し部形成工程の完了後に、前記ワイヤハーネスを前記編組機の上方に引き上げつつ前記編組糸を編組することにより、前記折り返し部の外周面上と前記折り返し部を超えた前記編組機の下方に向かって編組された外周側編組部を形成する外周側編組部形成工程とを含む
ことを特徴とする編組カバー付ワイヤハーネスの製造方法。 - 前記ワイヤハーネスの前記外周面には、前記折り返し部の形成部位を示す表示が設けられており、前記表示に従って前記折り返し部が形成されている請求項1に記載の編組カバー付ワイヤハーネスの製造方法。
