Description
Claims (6)
- 太陽電池パネルと、前記太陽電池パネルの端縁部が挿入された状態で固定されている溝を有するフレームとを備える太陽電池モジュールを2つ重ねて梱包可能にする、太陽電池モジュールの梱包構造であって、
前記フレームは前記太陽電池パネルにおける所定方向の2つの端縁部のうち一方側端縁部のみに固定されており、2つの前記太陽電池モジュールの一方を天地逆さまにしてその上に他方を重ねた状態で前記2つの太陽電池モジュールにそれぞれ含まれる各太陽電池パネルの太陽光が直接入射される面とは反対側の面である裏面同士が対向し、前記裏面同士の間に空間が形成され、
互いに重ね合わされた前記2つの太陽電池モジュールが複数段に積まれており、
前記フレームは前記太陽電池パネルと反対側に突出する突出部を有し、前記突出部には貫通孔が形成されており、前記複数段に積まれた太陽電池モジュールのうち同じ側に位置する前記フレームの突出部の貫通孔に棒状部材が挿通されている、
太陽電池モジュールの梱包構造。 - 請求項1に記載の太陽電池モジュールの梱包構造において、
前記裏面上に端子ボックスが突出して設けられており、前記裏面同士間の空間の上下方向の距離は、前記太陽電池パネルの裏面からの前記端子ボックスの突出高さよりも大きい、太陽電池モジュールの梱包構造。 - 請求項1または2に記載の太陽電池モジュールの梱包構造において、
前記空間に配置されたスペーサ部材によって、上側に位置する太陽電池モジュールにおける太陽電池パネルの前記所定方向の他方側端縁部が支持されている、太陽電池モジュールの梱包構造。 - 請求項1〜3のいずれか一項に記載の太陽電池モジュールの梱包構造において、
前記フレームの側面には引っ掛け部が突設されており、上側に位置する太陽電池モジュールにおける太陽電池パネルの前記所定方向の他方側端縁部が前記引っ掛け部に載置された状態で支持されている、太陽電池モジュールの梱包構造。 - 請求項1〜3のいずれか一項に記載の太陽電池モジュールの梱包構造において、
前記フレームの底面には凹部が形成され、前記2つの太陽電池モジュールが複数段に積まれたときに前記フレームにおける前記溝の側の端部が前記凹部に嵌まり込む、太陽電池モジュールの梱包構造。 - 請求項1〜5のいずれか一項に記載の太陽電池モジュールの梱包構造において、
前記フレームの長手方向における前記太陽電池モジュールの両側端部が梱包材によって覆われている、太陽電池モジュールの梱包構造。
