Abstract
Description
電力変換装置は、コンデンサと複数の半導体スイッチと半導体スイッチを制御する制御手段とからなる。複数の半導体スイッチを所定のスイッチング周波数でオンまたはオフすることにより、直流電源の直流電力を交流電力に変換して、交流モータのトルクおよび回転数を調節する。また、交流モータは、動作状況によっては発電機として動作し、発電によって生じる回生電力を直流電源に充電する。
三相交流回転機と直流電源との間に接続され、直流電力を交流電力に変換する電力変換装置であって、
直流電源の直流電圧値を第1の直流電圧値として出力する直流電圧値取得手段と、
第1の直流電圧値と効率指標に基づいて、第2の直流電圧値を出力する直流電圧値補正手段と、
第2の直流電圧値とトルク指令値に基づいて、電流指令値を出力する電流指令手段と、
電流指令値と前記三相交流回転機の相電流値に基づいて、相電圧指令値を出力する電流制御手段と、
相電圧指令値に基づいて、直流電源の直流電力を交流電力に変換して、三相交流回転機に電圧を印加する電圧印加手段と、
を備え、
直流電圧値補正手段は、効率指標に基づいて電圧補正値を出力する第1の演算部と、第1の直流電圧値と電圧補正値に基づいて、第2の直流電圧値を出力する第2の演算部とを有し、
効率指標は、オンまたはオフの信号であり、電圧補正値は固定値であり、オンまたはオフの切り替えの際、固定値に基づいて、第1の直流電圧値を補正することを特徴とするものである。
また、本願に開示される電力装置は、
三相交流回転機と直流電源との間に接続され、直流電力を交流電力に変換する電力変換装置であって、
直流電源の直流電圧値を第1の直流電圧値として出力する直流電圧値取得手段と、
第1の直流電圧値と効率指標に基づいて、第2の直流電圧値を出力する直流電圧値補正手段と、
第2の直流電圧値とトルク指令値に基づいて、電流指令値を出力する電流指令手段と、
電流指令値と前記三相交流回転機の相電流値に基づいて、相電圧指令値を出力する電流制御手段と、
相電圧指令値に基づいて、直流電源の直流電力を交流電力に変換して、三相交流回転機に電圧を印加する電圧印加手段と、
を備え、
直流電圧値補正手段は、効率指標に基づいて電圧補正値を出力する第1の演算部と、第1の直流電圧値と電圧補正値に基づいて、第2の直流電圧値を出力する第2の演算部とを有し、
効率指標は、電力変換装置と三相交流回転機を合わせたシステム効率を示す指令値であり、第1の演算部は、この指令値に応じた電圧補正値を出力することを特徴とするものである。
図1は、実施の形態1に係る電力変換装置1と、電力変換装置1に接続された三相交流回転機2、および直流電源3の概略構成図である。
なお、上記実施の形態1では、直流電源3の直流電圧を直接、電圧印加手段9に印加するように構成したが、直流電源3の直流電圧を、昇圧手段11を介して電圧印加手段9に印加するように構成してもよい。
図7は電動化車両12の概略構成図である。電動化車両12は、駆動輪13と、実施の形態1で説明した電力変換装置1または実施の形態2で説明した電力変換装置1aと、三相交流回転機2と、直流電源3によって構成される。
図7のように構成された電動化車両12においては、電力変換装置1と三相交流回転機2または電力変換装置1aと三相交流回転機2の効率を低下させ、損失を増加させる。したがって、図7の構成により、三相交流回転機2の回生エネルギー消費必要時、三相交流回転機と電力変換装置の損失を増加させ、三相交流回転機2の回転速度増加を防ぎ、電動化車両乗員への不快感を低減することができる。
従って、例示されていない無数の変形例が、本願明細書に開示される技術の範囲内において想定される。例えば、少なくとも1つの構成要素を変形する場合、追加する場合または省略する場合、さらには、少なくとも1つの構成要素を抽出し、他の実施の形態の構成要素と組み合わせる場合が含まれるものとする。

- 三相交流回転機と直流電源との間に接続され、直流電力を交流電力に変換する電力変換装置であって、
前記直流電源の直流電圧値を第1の直流電圧値として出力する直流電圧値取得手段と、
前記第1の直流電圧値と効率指標に基づいて、第2の直流電圧値を出力する直流電圧値補正手段と、
前記第2の直流電圧値とトルク指令値に基づいて、電流指令値を出力する電流指令手段と、
前記電流指令値と前記三相交流回転機の相電流値に基づいて、相電圧指令値を出力する電流制御手段と、
前記相電圧指令値に基づいて、前記直流電源の直流電力を交流電力に変換して、前記三相交流回転機に電圧を印加する電圧印加手段と、
を備え、
前記直流電圧値補正手段は、前記効率指標に基づいて電圧補正値を出力する第1の演算部と、前記第1の直流電圧値と前記電圧補正値に基づいて、前記第2の直流電圧値を出力する第2の演算部とを有し、
