ことを特徴とする請求項1に記載の果実酒。 - 高甘味度甘味料をさらに含有する
ことを特徴とする請求項1又は2に記載の果実酒。 - ブドウ果汁の発酵酒を含む果実酒の製造方法であって、
前記果実酒における含有量が2.0mg/L以上、80.0mg/L以下となるように2−オクタノンを添加することを含む
ことを特徴とする果実酒の製造方法。 - ブドウ果汁の発酵酒を含む果実酒における含有量が2.0mg/L以上、80.0mg/L以下となるように2−オクタノンを添加することにより、前記果実酒の香味を向上させる
ことを特徴とする方法。
