Claims (1)
- 一端に導圧路が開設された外殻と、
軸方向へ伸縮可能であって径方向外側を向いた山部と内側を向いた谷部が軸方向交互に形成されると共に軸方向一端が前記外殻に固定され前記外殻の内室を前記導圧路に連通された導圧室とクッションガスが封入されたガス室とに分離する金属ベローズと、
前記金属ベローズの圧縮方向への変位を制限する有底円筒状のステーと、
前記金属ベローズの内周に配置されると共に前記外殻に固定された緩衝材からなる支持部材と、
を備え、
前記金属ベローズの谷部と前記支持部材との間の径方向隙間が、前記金属ベローズの山部と前記外殻との間の径方向隙間より小さく、
前記金属ベローズの固定端から支持部材の先端までの軸方向長さが、前記ステーによって規定される前記金属ベローズの伸縮部の圧縮による軸方向最小長さ以下である、
ことを特徴とする金属ベローズ型アキュムレータ。
