技术领域
本发明涉及一种降低汽车尾气排放的波纹连接管装置。
背景技术
用汽油发动机作为动力的汽车、摩托车尾气的净化通常采用在尾气排放管内装入三元催化净化器,其基本构成为尾气能顺利通过的多孔芯体,在芯体上粘附有铂、钯、铑三种贵金属组成的三元催化剂,该多孔芯体即为催化剂三元催化器。当尾气通过催化剂三元催化器时,与三元催化剂接触,其中一氧化碳、碳氢化合物、氮氧化物等有害气体,在三元催化剂的催化作用下形成无害气体,达到允许的排放标准。在三元催化净化器开发初期,芯体一般都是以蜂窝状陶瓷为基体作为催化触媒的主要来源,其耐压、耐振及耐急热急冷性较差,从而易产生汽车行驰的可靠性问题,也不能有效能解决废气污染环境的问题。但由于它的机械强度,高温性能等,限制了使用寿命和净化效果的提高,其使用寿命为二年左右,汽车有效净化行程五万公里。
现有的发动机废气处理装置,是将三元催化净化器安装在一个管道中,管道由进气端盖、出气端盖以及波纹软管组成,波纹软管连接在进气端盖和出气端盖之间,三元催化净化器位于波纹管中。当高温的气体通过处理装置时,波波纹软管受力会沿其轴向产生形变,同时,高温的气流对处理装置产生径向的作用力,使处理装置产生振动。由于波纹软管无任何保护措施,当波纹软管的轴向变化达到最大后,波纹软管形成崩紧的状态,在径向的振动作用力下,波纹软管与进气端盖或出气端盖的接口处易折断。因此,目前的这种处理装置具有使用寿命短的缺陷。
发明内容
针对上述技术问题,本发明提供一种降低汽车尾气排放的波纹连接管装置,本发明能避免波纹软管形成崩紧状态下造成波纹管损坏,以及避免波纹软管工作时与其他部件产生干涉。
降低汽车尾气排放的波纹连接管装置,包括壳体和设置于壳体内的三元催化器,所述的壳体包括进气端盖、出气端盖以及波纹软管,还包括弹性部件,所述壳体还包括位于进气端盖和出气端盖之间的防护体,防护体的两端分别与进气端盖和出气端盖连接,所述进气端盖和出气端盖的轴向端面上均设有环状凸肩,在进气端盖和出气端盖中均设有连接管,所述波纹软管位于防护体中,波纹软管的两端分别与进气端盖的环状凸肩以及出气端盖的环状凸肩的轴向端面连接,所述弹性部件位于波纹软管中,所述弹性部件的两端分别与进气端盖的环状凸肩以及出气端盖的环状凸肩外圆周壁连接,三元催化器的一端与进气端盖中的连接管的内圆周壁面固定连接,三元催化器的另一端滑动配合于出气端盖中的连接管中。
采用了上述方案,防护体的两端分别与进气端盖和出气端盖连接,所述波纹软管位于防护体中,通过防护体可对波纹软管形成保护作用,避免波纹软管直接受到外物的伤害,并且,当波纹软管发生伸缩时,防护体在受力情况下也发生形变。波纹软管的两端分别与进气端盖的环状凸肩以及出气端盖的环状凸肩的轴向端面连接,所述弹性部件位于波纹软管中,所述弹性部件的两端分别与进气端盖的环状凸肩以及出气端盖的环状凸肩外圆周壁连接。当波纹软管受轴向作用力伸长时,由于弹性部件的刚性作用,使得弹性部件轴向方向的伸长量会小于波纹软管的伸长量,因此,弹性部件使波纹软管的伸长量限制在弹性部件的伸长量范围内,避免波纹软管形成崩紧的状态,对波纹软管形成了保护作用。当车辆在颠簸时产生的径向作用力作用于波纹软管上时,不会使非崩紧状态下的波纹软管造成破坏。另外,由于弹性部件的作用,减小了波纹软管径向振幅,降低了振动频率,也改变了装置整体的谐振频率,有助于防止波纹软管接口处因疲劳而折断的缺陷,不再因疲劳强度超限而断裂失效。另外,波纹软管、弹性部件与进气端盖和出气端盖的构造方式,当波纹软管和弹性部件发生形变时,可以避免波纹软管和弹性部件之间发生干涉,确保波纹软管和弹性部件发挥出自身的功能,提高本发明的可靠性。在进气端盖和出气端盖中均设有连接管,三元催化器的一端与进气端盖中的连接管的内圆周壁面固定连接,三元催化器的另一端滑动配合于出气端盖中的连接管中。三元催化器的两端分别通过连接管进行支撑,增加了三元催化器的稳定性,并且当波纹管沿轴向形变时,三元催化器的可以沿着出气端盖中的连接管的轴向进行滑动,避免三元催化器受外力振动的影响而振动。
