Claims (5)
- シリンダ装置であって、
一端側が開口し、内部に作動流体が封入されるシリンダと、
該シリンダの少なくとも一端から突出するロッドと、
前記シリンダの一端側に設けられた環状部材と、
該環状部材よりも前記シリンダの一端側に位置し、前記環状部材と対向して設けられた環状のオイルシール部材と、
前記シリンダの一端側に設けられ前記環状部材との間で前記オイルシール部材を前記シリンダの軸方向に固定するかしめ部と
を備え、
前記オイルシール部材は、金属環と、該金属環を覆うシール部材とを備えており、
前記金属環には、部分的に変形させて径方向に延びるリブが複数設けられ、前記リブは、前記オイルシール部材を前記環状部材と前記かしめ部との間で軸方向に固定される位置から前記かしめ部の先端よりも内径側に延びるように形成されることを特徴とするシリンダ装置。 - 前記オイルシール部材は、前記金属環と、前記金属環よりも前記かしめ部側に第1環状板または前記環状部材側に第2環状板とを設け、それらを前記シール部材で一体的に成形することを特徴とする請求項1に記載のシリンダ装置。
- 前記かしめ部は、周方向の複数箇所に部分的に行う部分かしめであって、該かしめ部の周方向の長さ寸法よりも隣合う前記リブ間の長さ寸法の方が狭いことを特徴とする請求項1または2に記載のシリンダ装置。
- 前記リブは、前記金属環の平面部に対しその全周にわたりほぼ直交するように立設された多数個の立上り部と、隣合う2つの前記立上り部の先端側を連結する連結部とにより山形状に形成したことを特徴とする請求項1,2または3に記載のシリンダ装置。
- 前記金属環の外径側には、前記かしめ部と当接するかしめ当接部を前記リブと連結させて形成することを特徴とする請求項1,2,3または4に記載のシリンダ装置。
