Claims (4)
- ハウジング(2)の内部に容積調整用のスペーサー(22)を設けたアキュムレータ(1)において、
前記スペーサー(22)は、所定の樹脂材料にて円盤状に成形され、平面中央に孔部(25)を有し、円周上一箇所にスリット部(26)を有し、前記ハウジング(2)におけるスペーサー挿入箇所の内径寸法(d2)よりも大きな外径寸法(d1)を有し、前記外径寸法(d1)を縮小した状態で前記ハウジング(2)に挿入されその弾性復元力により前記ハウジング(2)の内径側に固定されることを特徴とするアキュムレータ。 - シェル(3)およびガスエンドカバー(4)を備えたハウジング(2)と、前記ハウジング(2)の内部に配置された金属ベローズ(7)と、前記ガスエンドカバー(4)の内側に固定された容積調整用のスペーサー(22)とを有する金属ベローズ型アキュムレータ(1)において、
前記スペーサー(22)は、所定の樹脂材料にて円盤状に成形され、平面中央に孔部(25)を有し、円周上一箇所にスリット部(26)を有し、前記ガスエンドカバー(4)におけるスペーサー挿入箇所の内径寸法(d2)よりも大きな外径寸法(d1)を有し、前記外径寸法(d1)を縮小した状態で前記ガスエンドカバー(4)に挿入されその弾性復元力により前記ガスエンドカバー(4)の内径側に固定されることを特徴とするアキュムレータ。 - アキュムレータ(1)におけるハウジング(2)の内部に設置される容積調整用のスペーサー(22)において、
所定の樹脂材料にて円盤状に成形され、平面中央に孔部(25)を有し、円周上一箇所にスリット部(26)を有し、前記ハウジング(2)におけるスペーサー挿入箇所の内径寸法(d2)よりも大きな外径寸法(d1)を有し、前記外径寸法(d1)を縮小した状態で前記ハウジング(2)に挿入されその弾性復元力により前記ハウジング(2)の内径側に固定されることを特徴とするアキュムレータ用スペーサー。 - シェル(3)およびガスエンドカバー(4)を備えたハウジング(2)ならびに前記ハウジング(2)の内部に配置される金属ベローズ(7)とともに金属ベローズ型アキュムレータ(1)の構成要素をなし、前記ガスエンドカバー(4)の内側に固定される容積調整用のスペーサー(22)において、
所定の樹脂材料にて円盤状に成形され、平面中央に孔部(25)を有し、円周上一箇所にスリット部(26)を有し、前記ガスエンドカバー(4)におけるスペーサー挿入箇所の内径寸法(d2)よりも大きな外径寸法(d1)を有し、前記外径寸法(d1)を縮小した状態で前記ガスエンドカバー(4)に挿入されその弾性復元力により前記ガスエンドカバー(4)の内径側に固定されることを特徴とするアキュムレータ用スペーサー。
