Description
本発明に係る熱可塑性樹脂生地を用いた副木は、副木用に製造された熱可塑性樹脂生地を活性化雰囲気(条件)で軟化させた状態で患部の形状に成形した後、硬化させて製造する。このとき、本発明に係る熱可塑性樹脂生地を用いた副木は、病院や現場ですぐに製作が可能である。
好ましくは、副木成形体110の縁部は、一定の幅を折って折れ部111を形成する。

Claims (9)
- 熱可塑性樹脂生地を用いて骨折部位の患部を固定させる、熱可塑性樹脂生地を用いた副木において、
複数の通気窓が繰り返し形成された網目状をもって患部の形状に成形された単一層の熱可塑性樹脂生地からなる副木成形体と、
前記副木成形体と同じ材質の熱可塑性樹脂生地からなり、前記副木成形体の長さ方向に多層に取り付けられ、前記長さ方向における前記副木成形体の曲げ剛性を補強する補強体と、
前記副木成形体の内側表面に取り付けられる複数のクッションパッドと、
前記副木成形体に取り付けられる面ファスナーとを含んでなり、
前記面ファスナーは、
一側端部が前記副木成形体に取り付けられる伸縮性素材のバンドと、
上面に多数個の係止環(loop)が設けられ、前記バンドの一面全体に取り付けられるループ面テープと、
前記バンドの自由端部の背面に取り付けられ、前記ループ面テープに対して着脱可能な多数のフック(hook)を有するフック面テープとを含む、副木。 - 前記クッションパッドは、複数個が前記副木成形体の翼の方向に並んで離隔して配置されることを特徴とする、請求項1に記載の副木。
- 前記クッションパッドは、少なくとも一部の縁部に前記副木成形体の長さ方向に多数の凹溝が設けられることを特徴とする、請求項2に記載の副木。
- 前記クッションパッドは、前記副木成形体の長さ方向に長孔の貫通ホールが設けられることを特徴とする、請求項2または3に記載の副木。
- 前記バンドはネオプレンからなることを特徴とする、請求項1に記載の副木。
- 請求項1〜5のいずれか一項に記載の副木の製造方法であって、
(a)熱可塑性樹脂生地を一定の大きさに裁断して単一層の副木成形体ベースを製作する段階と、
(b)前記熱可塑性樹脂生地と同じ材質の生地を多数枚重ね合わせて製作された補強体を活性温度条件で前記副木成形体ベースの長さ方向に取り付ける段階と、
(c)(b)段階で副木成形体ベースと補強体を活性温度条件で塑性加工して患部の形状に成形することにより副木成形体を製作する段階と、
(d)(c)段階で製作された副木成形体に前記クッションパッドと前記面ファスナーを取り付ける段階とを含む、熱可塑性樹脂生地を用いた副木の製造方法。 - 前記活性温度条件は設定温度以上の温水槽内で含浸されて提供されることを特徴とする、請求項6に記載の熱可塑性樹脂生地を用いた副木の製造方法。
- 前記副木成形体の硬化は低温水内で浸漬して急冷することにより行われることを特徴とする、請求項6に記載の熱可塑性樹脂生地を用いた副木の製造方法。
- (c)段階は、前記副木成形体を活性温度条件で軟化させ、患者の手首を含む手の平の型を取って硬化させ、成形された副木成形体の手の平と対向する一側に少なくとも1本の手指を挿入して前記副木成形体を手に仮止めさせる手指固定体を成形して取り付ける段階をさらに含む、請求項6に記載の熱可塑性樹脂生地を用いた副木の製造方法。
