Description
前記パイプが樹脂製の押出成形体であるとよい。本発明の場合、パイプ側係止部はプロテクタ側係止部に対して凹凸嵌合する形態であればよいから、押出成形体のパイプから支障なく形成される。
以下、実施例1を図1〜図11に基づいて説明する。実施例1の電線保護部材10は、図示しない車両の床下面に設置され、電線90の配索経路を規定してその電線90を保護する部材であって、パイプ20とプロテクタ30とを備えている。
図12〜図20は、本発明の実施例2の電線保護部材10Aを示す。実施例2は、パイプ20A及びプロテクタ30Aの連結構造が実施例1とは異なる。パイプ20Aが合成樹脂製であって押出成形体である点、及びプロテクタ30Aが同じく合成樹脂製であって本体部31A及び蓋部32Aからなる点は、実施例1と同様である。
以下、他の実施例を簡単に説明する。
(1)プロテクタ側係止部は、本体部と蓋部のいずれか一方のみに設けられるものであってもよい。
(2)プロテクタは、プロテクタ側係止部がパイプ側係止部に軸方向と交差する方向から凹凸嵌合した状態で、パイプに対して軸方向及び周方向への多少の変位を許容されるものであってもよい。
(3)パイプは、金属製の管材であってもよく、あるいは、金属層及び樹脂層が厚み方向(径方向)に積層された複合管であってもよい。
(4)パイプは、軸方向途中で屈曲する形態であってもよい。

Claims (5)
- 内部に電線が挿通され、前記電線の配索経路を規定する形状をなすパイプ及びプロテクタを備えた電線保護部材であって、
前記プロテクタは、前記パイプの軸方向と交差する方向から互いに連結され、前記パイプの端部を覆う本体部及び蓋部を有し、
前記本体部及び蓋部の少なくとも一方には、プロテクタ側係止部が設けられ、 前記パイプには、前記本体部及び蓋部の連結時に、前記軸方向と交差する方向から前記プロテクタ側係止部と凹凸嵌合し、前記プロテクタが前記パイプの周方向及び軸方向に位置ずれするのを規制するパイプ側係止部が設けられ、
前記パイプ側係止部が前記パイプの周壁を貫通する孔であり、前記プロテクタ側係止部が前記孔に嵌合する突部であり、
前記孔が前記パイプの軸方向両端部に設けられ、前記軸方向両端部に設けられた前記孔のうちの一方の孔が、前記軸方向に長い長孔状をなし、前記軸方向に関して前記突部を遊嵌可能な形状になっている電線保護部材。 - 前記パイプが樹脂製の押出成形体である請求項1記載の電線保護部材。
- 前記プロテクタ側係止部が前記本体部及び蓋部の双方に設けられている請求項1又は2記載の電線保護部材。
- 前記プロテクタは、前記パイプの端部を覆うラップ部分の軸方向両端部に、前記本体部及び前記蓋部を連結状態に保持するロック部を有している請求項1ないし3のいずれか1項記載の電線保護部材。
- 前記プロテクタが車両の床下面に設置され、前記蓋部が、平板状をなし、前記床下面に沿って配置される請求項1ないし4のいずれか1項記載の電線保護部材。
