Claims (6)
- 流体を受容するリザーバ(18)を形成する成形ハウジング部(102)を有するアクセスポート(101)であって、前記ハウジング部(102)は、前記ハウジング部の内底部(6)に配置された遮蔽プレート(120)と、セプタムが配置された開口端部(7)と、出口通路(10)と、壁(4)とを備えており、前記遮蔽プレート(120)は、外周縁(126)を有する円形部(122)を備える、アクセスポート(101)において、
前記遮蔽プレート(120)の下側および前記外周縁(126)は、前記ハウジング部(102)に埋め込まれており、
前記遮蔽プレート(120)は、前記ハウジング部(102)にインサート成形され、

- 前記円形部(122;322)の上側が凹形状である、請求項1〜4のいずれか一項に記載のアクセスポート(101;301)。
- 請求項1〜5のいずれか一項に記載のアクセスポート(101;301)の前記ハウジング部(102;302)に前記遮蔽プレート(120;320)をインサート成形する方法であって、
第1ステップ(S1)において、前記遮蔽プレート(120;320)を、キャビティを有する成形工具の第1コアピン(30)に位置付けることと、
第2ステップ(S2)において、前記遮蔽プレート(120;320)を、前記成形工具の前記第1コアピン(30)と第2コアピン(32)の間でクランプすることと、
第3ステップ(S3)において、前記キャビティを満たすように前記キャビティにプラスチックを射出することと、
第4ステップ(S4)において、前記第2コアピン(32)を後退させて空洞を生じさせ、続いて前記空洞を満たすようにさらなるプラスチックを射出すること、を含む方法。
