Description
Claims (8)
- 複数の画素を含む表示領域が設けられた、可撓性を有する基板と、
前記複数の画素を覆う多層バリアと、
前記表示領域に重畳して配置される複数の検出電極と、
前記基板上に、前記基板の端に沿って複数の端子が設けられた端子部と、
前記複数の端子の一に接続された第1検出ラインと、
前記複数の検出電極の一に接続された第2検出ラインと、を有し、
前記多層バリアは、前記複数の画素を覆い、第1無機バリア層、第2無機バリア層、及びそれらに挟まれた有機バリア層を有する第1領域と、前記第1領域を囲み、前記第1無機バリア層と、それに直接接する前記第2無機バリア層を有する第2領域と、を有し、
前記第1検出ラインと、前記第2検出ラインとは、前記第2領域と重畳する領域で互いに接続され、
前記第2検出ラインは、前記有機バリア層の端部を超えて前記第2領域に配置され、
前記基板は、前記表示領域と前記端子部との間に曲げ領域を有し、
前記第1検出ラインは、前記曲げ領域を横切るように配置されることを特徴とする有機EL表示装置。 - 前記有機バリア層の外縁は、前記表示領域と、前記第1検出ラインと前記第2検出ラインとが接続される領域と、の間に位置し、
前記曲げ領域は、前記第1検出ラインと前記第2検出ラインとが接続される領域と、前記基板の端部と、の間に位置することを特徴とする請求項1に記載の有機EL表示装置。 - 前記第1検出ラインと、前記第2検出ラインとは、導体粒を介して互いに接続されることを特徴とする請求項1に記載の有機EL表示装置。
- 前記表示領域を囲むシール領域をさらに有し、
前記第1検出ラインと前記第2検出ラインとが接続される領域は、前記シール領域と重畳することを特徴とする請求項1に記載の有機EL表示装置。 - 前記基板が前記曲げ領域において折り返されている状態で、前記端子部は、前記基板を挟んで前記有機バリア層の反対側に位置するとともに、前記表示領域と重畳する位置に配置されることを特徴とする請求項1に記載の有機EL表示装置。
- 前記基板に重畳すると共に、前記表示領域に重畳するように設けられた第2基板を更に有し、
前記複数の検出電極、及び前記第2検出ラインは、前記第2基板上に設けられていることを特徴とする請求項1に記載の有機EL表示装置。 - 前記第2基板は、前記曲げ領域と重畳しないことを特徴とする請求項6に記載の有機EL表示装置。
- 前記端子部に接続されたフレキシブルプリント基板をさらに有することを特徴とする請求項1に記載の有機EL表示装置。
