Description
Claims (7)
- 第1主面を有する第1基板と、
前記第1主面上であって、前記第1基板の縁に沿って設けられる枠状の封止層と、
前記封止層を介して前記第1基板と一体化されており、前記第1主面に対向する第2主面を有する第2基板と、
前記第2主面上であって、前記第1基板、前記封止層、及び前記第2基板に囲まれて封止された封止空間内に設けられる表示部と、
前記封止空間内に充填されると共に粒子状の固体乾燥剤が分散される充填材と、
を備え、
前記表示部は、
前記第2主面上に設けられると共に前記第2主面側から順に積層された第1電極、有機EL層、及び第2電極を有する有機EL素子と、
前記第2電極上に接して設けられる有機犠牲層と、
前記有機犠牲層上に接して設けられる導電性の第1無機保護層と、
前記第1無機保護層に重なり、酸化シリコン層、窒化酸化シリコン層、窒化シリコン層、酸化チタン層、及び酸化アルミニウム層の少なくともいずれかを有する第3無機保護層と、を備え、
前記第1基板の厚さ方向において前記有機EL素子に重なる前記充填材は、前記第1無機保護層と前記第1基板との間に位置しており、
前記第1無機保護層は、前記有機EL素子に対して離間している、
有機EL表示装置。 - 前記有機犠牲層は、前記有機EL層に含まれる有機材料の少なくともいずれかを含む、請求項1に記載の有機EL表示装置。
- 前記第1無機保護層は、前記第2電極に含まれる導電材料から構成される導電層を有する、請求項1または2に記載の有機EL表示装置。
- 前記固体乾燥剤は、アルカリ土類金属酸化物及びアルカリ土類金属塩化物の少なくとも一方を含む、請求項1〜3のいずれか一項に記載の有機EL表示装置。
- 前記表示部を覆う第2無機保護層をさらに備え、
前記第1基板の厚さ方向において前記有機EL素子に重なる前記充填材は、前記第3無機保護層と前記第1基板との間に位置している、請求項1〜4のいずれか一項に記載の有機EL表示装置。 - 前記有機犠牲層の厚さは、10nm以上200nm以下である、請求項1〜5のいずれか一項に記載の有機EL表示装置。
- 前記第1無機保護層の厚さは、50nm以上300nm以下である、請求項1〜6のいずれか一項に記載の有機EL表示装置。
