Description
Claims (5)
- サスペンション制御装置であって、該サスペンション制御装置は、
車両の車体と4輪各々との間に介装されて外部からの指令により減衰特性が変化する減衰力調整式緩衝器と、
前記車体の各輪に設けられる車高センサと、
減衰特性を制御する制御装置とを備えており、
前記制御装置は、
前記車高センサから算出される変位から前記車体に働く外力を算出する外力算出手段と、
その算出した外力から前記車体の上下力を求める上下力算出手段と、
前記上下力算出手段により求めた上下力から前記車体の上下方向におけるばね上加速度を算出する加速度算出手段と、
前記加速度算出手段により算出したばね上加速度から前記車体のばね上速度を推定するばね上速度推定手段と、
前記ばね上速度推定手段により求めた推定ばね上速度に基づいて減衰特性を求める減衰特性判断手段と、を有することを特徴とするサスペンション制御装置。 - 請求項1に記載のサスペンション制御装置において、
前記制御装置は、さらに、
前記外力検出手段により算出した値と前記減衰力調整式緩衝器の取付位置とから、ロール角加速度を算出するロール角加速度算出手段と、
前記外力検出手段により算出した値と前記減衰力調整式緩衝器の取付位置とから、ピッチ角加速度を算出するピッチ角加速度算出手段と、を備えており、
前記制御装置は、前記ロール角加速度および前記ピッチ角加速度の値からロールレイトとピッチレイトを算出し、これらの算出結果と前記推定ばね上速度とに基づいて、前記減衰特性判断手段により減衰特性を求めることを特徴とするサスペンション制御装置。 - 請求項1または2に記載のサスペンション制御装置において、
前記制御装置は、前記推定ばね上速度に所定のゲインを乗算して、前記加速度算出手段により算出したばね上加速度にフィードバックさせてばね上加速度を補正し、補正したばね上加速度に基づいて、前記推定ばね上速度を求めることを特徴とするサスペンション制御装置。 - 請求項1ないし3のいずれか1項に記載のサスペンション制御装置において、
前記車両にはスタビライザ機構が設けられ、
前記外力算出手段は、左右の車輪に設けられる前記車高センサの値の差に基づいてスタビライザ反力を算出するスタビライザ反力算出手段をさらに備え、該スタビライザ反力算出手段により求めた算出値を用いて前記車体に働く外力を算出することを特徴とするサスペンション制御装置。 - 請求項2に記載のサスペンション制御装置において、
前記制御装置は、さらに、前記車高センサから算出される変位から前記車体の質量を求める質量算出手段を備え、
前記加速度算出手段は、前記上下力算出手段により求めた上下力と該質量算出手段により求めた質量とを用いて前記ばね上加速度を算出することを特徴とするサスペンション制御装置。
