Claims (6)
- 車体を支持する空気ばねの内圧値と、基準からの前記車体の高さである車体高さと、の対応関係を示す重量算出用情報を記憶した記憶部と、
前記空気ばねの内圧値の実測値である実測内圧値および前記車体高さの実測値である実測車体高さを取得する実測値取得部と、
前記実測内圧値が前記実測車体高さに対応する前記重量算出用情報の前記内圧値よりも大きい場合には、前記実測内圧値から補正値を減算し、前記実測内圧値が前記実測車体高さに対応する前記重量算出用情報の前記内圧値よりも小さい場合には、前記実測内圧値に補正値を加算することにより、前記空気ばねの補正内圧値を算出する内圧値算出部と、
前記補正内圧値に基づいて、前記空気ばねが支持する、前記車体を含む被支持体、の重量を算出する重量算出部と、
を備えた、車両用重量推定装置。 - 前記重量算出部は、前記実測内圧値が前記実測車体高さと前記重量算出用情報で対応付けられた前記内圧値と異なる場合は、前記補正内圧値に基づいて前記被支持体の重量を算出し、前記実測内圧値が前記実測車体高さと前記重量算出用情報で対応付けられた前記内圧値と同じ場合は、前記実測内圧値に基づいて前記被支持体の重量を算出する、請求項1に記載の車両用重量推定装置。
- 前記重量算出用情報は、前記車体を備えた車両が停車した時点または前記車両が走行を開始した時点から前記被支持体の重量が変化しない状態での前記内圧値と前記車体高さとの対応関係を示す、請求項1または2に記載の車両用重量推定装置。
- 前記重量算出用情報は、前記車体を備えた車両が停車した時点または前記車両が走行を開始した時点から前記空気ばねに空気を供給して前記車体高さを高くしてから前記被支持体の重量を変化させた場合の前記内圧値と前記車体高さとの対応関係を示す上昇対応関係情報と、前記車両が停車した時点または前記車両が走行を開始した時点から前記空気ばねから空気を排出して前記車体高さを低くしてから前記被支持体の重量を変化させた場合の前記内圧値と前記車体高さとの対応関係を示す下降対応関係情報と、に基づいて作成された、請求項1ないし3のうちいずれか一つに記載の車両用重量推定装置。
- 車両用重量推定装置で実行される重量推定方法であって、
前記車両用重量推定装置は、車体を支持する空気ばねの内圧値と、基準からの前記車体の高さである車体高さと、の対応関係を示す重量算出用情報を記憶した記憶部を備え、
前記空気ばねの内圧値の実測値である実測内圧値および前記車体高さの実測値である実測車体高さを取得するステップと、
前記実測内圧値が前記実測車体高さに対応する前記重量算出用情報の前記内圧値よりも大きい場合には、前記実測内圧値から補正値を減算し、前記実測内圧値が前記実測車体高さに対応する前記重量算出用情報の前記内圧値よりも小さい場合には、前記実測内圧値に補正値を加算することにより、前記空気ばねの補正内圧値を算出するステップと、
前記補正内圧値に基づいて、前記空気ばねが支持する、前記車体を含む被支持体、の重量を算出するステップと、
を含む、重量推定方法。 - 車体を支持する空気ばねの内圧値と、基準からの前記車体の高さである車体高さと、の対応関係を示す重量算出用情報を記憶した記憶部を備えた車両用重量推定装置のコンピュータを、
前記空気ばねの内圧値の実測値である実測内圧値および前記車体高さの実測値である実測車体高さを取得する実測値取得部と、
前記実測内圧値が前記実測車体高さに対応する前記重量算出用情報の前記内圧値よりも大きい場合には、前記実測内圧値から補正値を減算し、前記実測内圧値が前記実測車体高さに対応する前記重量算出用情報の前記内圧値よりも小さい場合には、前記実測内圧値に補正値を加算することにより、前記空気ばねの補正内圧値を算出する内圧値算出部と、
前記補正内圧値に基づいて、前記空気ばねが支持する、前記車体を含む被支持体、の重量を算出する重量算出部と、
として機能させるプログラム。
