Description
Claims (12)
- 製品経路に沿って物品を搬送するためのコンベヤベルトと、
前記製品経路に隣接して前記コンベヤベルトに対して配置されたガイド装置であって、前記製品経路に沿って搬送物品を方向付けるために前記搬送物品に対し反発力を生成するためのガイド装置とを含み、
前記ガイド装置が、線形誘導モータを含むことを特徴とするコンベヤ。 - 請求項1に記載のコンベヤにおいて、前記ガイド装置が、反発力として磁界を生成することを特徴とするコンベヤ。
- 請求項1に記載のコンベヤにおいて、前記ガイド装置が、前記製品経路に隣接して配置されたレールであることを特徴とするコンベヤ。
- 請求項3に記載のコンベヤにおいて、前記レールが湾曲していることを特徴とするコンベヤ。
- 請求項1に記載のコンベヤにおいて、前記ガイド装置が、前記製品経路の下に線形誘導モータのグリッドを含むことを特徴とするコンベヤ。
- 請求項1に記載のコンベヤにおいて、前記製品経路と前記ガイド装置との間に低摩擦表面をさらに含むことを特徴とするコンベヤ。
- 製品経路に沿って物品を搬送するためのコンベヤベルトと、
前記物品と機械的に接触することなく前記製品経路に沿って前記物品を非接触式に案内するためのガイド装置とを含み、
前記ガイド装置が、線形誘導モータを含むことを特徴とするコンベヤ。 - 請求項7に記載のコンベヤにおいて、前記ガイド装置が、湾曲したレールであることを特徴とするコンベヤ。
- 請求項7に記載のコンベヤにおいて、前記ガイド装置が、前記製品経路の下に配置されることを特徴とするコンベヤ。
- 請求項7に記載のコンベヤにおいて、前記製品経路と前記ガイド装置との間に低摩擦表面をさらに含むことを特徴とするコンベヤ。
- コンベヤベルト上の製品を案内する方法であって、
電気伝導性材料を含む製品を第1搬送速度で製品経路に沿って搬送するステップと、
ガイド装置を使用して前記製品経路に沿って前記製品に沿って前記製品を案内するために前記製品に対し反発力を生成するステップとを含み、
前記ガイド装置が、線形誘導モータを含むことを特徴とする方法。 - 請求項11に記載の方法において、前記製品がアルミニウム缶を含むことを特徴とする方法。
