Claims (2)
- リニアモータの固定子と、前記固定子に設けられた複数のリニアモータの可動子と、前記可動子に設けられ、物品を保持する保持部材と、前記固定子における前記可動子の走行を制御する制御部とを備え、前記可動子が前記固定子における所定の走行軌道に沿って走行することにより、前記保持部材に保持された物品を搬送するリニア搬送装置であって、
前記固定子は、前記可動子の走行軌道上において直線状の走行軌道と、該直線状の走行軌道に連設された曲線状の走行軌道とを有しており、
前記保持部材は、前記可動子の前記固定子における走行軌道に対して径方向外側または径方向内側に所定距離離れた位置に設けられ、
前記制御部は、前記可動子が前記固定子における曲線状または直線状の走行軌道を走行する際、隣り合う前記可動子の間隔を直前の直線状または曲線状の走行軌道を走行しているときの間隔と異なるように制御することにより、隣り合う前記可動子の前記保持部材の間隔または張力を調整する際、
前記固定子における前記可動子の走行軌道上のあらかじめ記憶した複数の第1のポイントの位置に関する情報と、各第1のポイントから前記可動子の走行軌道の径方向外側または径方向内側に所定距離離れ、あらかじめ記憶した第2のポイントの位置に関する情報と、入力された第1のポイントまたは第2のポイントの位置から前記保持部材の位置までの距離に関する情報とに基づいて、隣り合う前記可動子の間隔または張力を制御することを特徴とするリニア搬送装置。 - リニアモータの固定子と、前記固定子に設けられた複数のリニアモータの可動子と、前記可動子に設けられ、物品を保持する保持部材と、前記固定子における前記可動子の走行を制御する制御部とを備え、前記可動子が前記固定子における所定の走行軌道に沿って走行することにより、前記保持部材に保持された物品を搬送するリニア搬送装置であって、
前記固定子は、前記可動子の走行軌道上において直線状の走行軌道と、該直線状の走行軌道に連設された曲線状の走行軌道とを有しており、
前記保持部材は、前記可動子の前記固定子における走行軌道に対して径方向外側または径方向内側に所定距離離れた位置に設けられ、
前記制御部は、前記可動子が前記固定子における曲線状または直線状の走行軌道を走行する際、隣り合う前記可動子の間隔を直前の直線状または曲線状の走行軌道を走行しているときの間隔と異なるように制御することにより、隣り合う前記可動子の前記保持部材の間隔または張力を調整する際、
前記保持部材が物品から受ける力の大きさに基づいて、隣り合う前記可動子の間隔を制御することによって前記保持部材の間隔または張力を調整することを特徴とするリニア搬送装置。
