Claims (2)
- 繊維強化プラスチックのシート材を用いてプレス成形品を成形するFRPシートプレス成形方法であって、
加熱した前記繊維強化プラスチックを、複数の平面部と、前記平面部同士の間で前記シート材の状態を基準に前記平面部と高さ位置が異なる平面を形成する絞り部とを備えた成形型を閉じてキャビティー内でプレス成形するプレス工程と、
前記成形型の閉じた状態を前記プレス工程から維持したまま、前記繊維強化プラスチックと前記キャビティーとの間に生じている隙間に樹脂を加圧注入して、前記繊維強化プラスチックの面及び前記樹脂の面を前記キャビティーに当接させる補充工程と、を備え、
前記プレス工程では、前記繊維強化プラスチックの前記絞り部に対応する部分を中心に、前記高さ位置が異なる平面の形成箇所の前記繊維強化プラスチックが絞られることによって密度が低下し、
前記補充工程では、プレスされた前記繊維強化プラスチックが絞られて密度が低下する前記高さ位置が異なる平面の形成箇所に対応する部分に格子状に備えられた複数のリブ成形用溝を樹脂充填用のランナーとして用いるFRPシートプレス成形方法。 - 成形型を用いて、繊維強化プラスチックのシート材でプレス成形品を成形するFRPシートプレス成形装置であって、
前記成形型は、キャビティーに繋がるスプルーと、複数の平面部と、前記平面部同士の間で前記シート材の状態を基準に前記平面部と高さ位置が異なる平面を形成する絞り部とを備え、
加熱した前記繊維強化プラスチックを、前記成形型を閉じて前記キャビティー内でプレス成形し、前記繊維強化プラスチックの前記絞り部に対応する部分を中心に、前記高さ位置が異なる平面の形成箇所の前記繊維強化プラスチックが絞られることによって密度を低下させてから、
前記成形型の閉じた状態を維持したまま、前記繊維強化プラスチックと前記キャビティーとの間に生じている隙間に前記スプルーを介して樹脂を加圧注入して、前記繊維強化プラスチックの面及び前記樹脂の面を前記キャビティーに当接させ、
プレスされた前記繊維強化プラスチックが絞られて密度が低下する前記高さ位置が異なる平面の形成箇所に対応する部分に格子状に備えられた複数のリブ成形用溝を樹脂充填用のランナーとして用いるFRPシートプレス成形装置。
