本发明涉及在工件主体上层叠有片材的层叠工件。
背景技术
以往,已知以下这样的层叠工件成型装置:使用对工件主体进行吸附保持的第1模具,来成型出由工件主体和层叠于工件主体的片材构成的层叠工件(例如,参照日本特开平7-24909号公报)。
在专利文献1的结构中,利用遮挡堵塞形成于工件主体的中央部的避让凹部,以避免片材被吸入避让凹部而破损。
此外,还已知有如下装置:若设置覆盖避让凹部的遮挡部件,则工件主体的布局自由度受到限制,因此,设置有吸引装置,该吸引装置位于形成在工件主体的中央部的避让凹部,将片材向离开工件主体的方向吸引(例如,参照日本特开2000-218688号)。

发明内容
发明所要解决的课题
专利文献1的层叠工件成型装置在使用在内表面具有能够转印到片材的表面上的图案的第2模具的情况下,在利用第2模具吸附片材并转印图案之后,在使吸附工件主体的第1模具与第2模具重叠而将片材贴附于工件主体时,为了使片材容易从第2模具剥离而考虑从第2模具喷出空气等流体。
在该情况下,不能像专利文献1那样设置位于工件主体的中央部的避让凹部并将片材向离开工件主体的方向吸引的吸引装置。因此,为了提高工件主体的布局自由度,考虑在避让凹部配置镶块。
而且,要求片材牢固地贴附于工件主体。
本发明的目的在于提供一种与以往相比能够将片材更牢固地贴附于工件主体的层叠工件。
用于解决课题的手段
[1]为了达到上述目的,本发明是一种层叠工件,其具备:
工件主体;以及
片材,其层叠于所述工件主体,
所述层叠工件的特征在于,
在所述片材的周缘部的至少一部分形成有在厚度方向上被压扁的压缩部。
根据本发明,由于利用工件侧突部在片材的周缘部的至少一部分形成压缩部,因此与以往相比能够将片材更牢固地贴附于工件主体。
[2]此外,在本发明中优选为,在所述工件主体上设置有向所述片材侧突出而用于形成所述压缩部的工件侧突部,所述工件侧突部的突出量被设定为小于所述片材的厚度。根据该结构,由于工件侧突部的突出量被设定为比片材的厚度小,因此工件侧突部被片材遮挡,能够防止工件侧突部引起的片材的隆起,能够实现外观的提高。

具体实施方式
参照附图,对本发明的层叠工件的实施方式以及层叠工件成型装置进行说明。参照图1,本实施方式的层叠工件成型装置1具备第1模具20和第2模具30。利用层叠工件成型装置1进行成型的仪表板等层叠工件40具备工件主体42和层叠于工件主体42的片材44。
层叠工件成型装置1具备把持片材44的周缘的多个夹具2。
图2示出了在第1模具20上载置有工件主体42的状态。
如图3所示,在第1模具20设置有在载置工件主体42的载置面上开口的多个吸引孔22。在第2模具30的内表面形成有由用于转印到片材44的表面上的褶皱、梨皮纹等凹凸构成的图案。
在第2模具30上设置有多个贯通孔32,该多个贯通孔32以在使第2模具30夹着工件主体42和片材44而与第1模具20重叠时,在工件主体42的周缘的位置开口的方式贯通。以覆盖形成于第2模具30的内表面的凹部36的开口的方式设置有板71,本实施方式的贯通孔32由贯穿设置于该板71的孔构成。另外,贯通孔32不限于板71的孔,例如也可以由嵌入凹部36中的多孔质部件所具备的细孔来构成贯通孔。
此外,在第2模具30设置有以在工件主体42的除了周缘以外的部分即工件主体42的中央部的位置开口的方式贯通的多个喷出孔34。
在贯通孔32经由第1连接配管51a连接有用于吸引片材44的第1吸引装置51。在吸引孔22经由第2连接配管52a连接有用于吸引工件主体42的第2吸引装置52。在喷出孔34经由第3连接配管53a连接有供给空气等气体的气体供给装置53。
在第1连接配管51a和第3连接配管53a连接有旁通路53b。在第3连接配管53a与旁通路53b相连接的连接部分设置有流路切换阀54。流路切换阀54构成为能够在“可喷出状态”和“可吸引状态”这2个状态之间切换,在所述“可喷出状态”下,经由第3连接配管53a将气体供给装置53连接于喷出孔34,切断经由旁通路53b的喷出孔34与第1吸引装置51之间的连接,在所述“可吸引状态”下,经由第3连接配管53a、旁通路53b以及第1连接配管51a将第1吸引装置51连接于喷出孔34,并切断喷出孔34与气体供给装置53之间的连接。
此外,参照图2,在第1模具20和工件主体42上,分别以包围多个贯通孔32的方式设置有沿着片材44的粘接区域的外缘延伸的、朝向第2模具30突出的模具侧突部20a和工件侧突部42a。
假设未设置模具侧突部20a和工件侧突部42a,则在将片材44粘接于工件主体42的粘接工序中,在经由喷出孔34从气体供给装置53向片材44的表面供给气体而从第2模具30剥离片材44的情况下,若供给至片材44的表面的气体直接流向贯通孔32而从第1吸引装置51进行吸引,则第1吸引装置51对片材44的吸引性能会降低。
因此,如上所述,在本实施方式中,通过以包围贯通孔32的方式设置模具侧突部20a及工件侧突部42a,能够抑制或防止从气体供给装置53向片材44的表面供给的气体向贯通孔32流动,能够抑制或防止第1吸引装置51对片材44的吸引性能的降低。另外,也可以代替模具侧突部20a及工件侧突部42a而在第2模具30设置模具侧突部。
层叠工件成型装置1具备对第1吸引装置51、第2吸引装置52、气体供给装置53和流路切换阀54进行控制的控制部61。控制部61是由CPU、存储器等构成的电子控制单元,通过由CPU执行保持于存储器等存储部中的控制程序并发送指示信号,来控制第1吸引装置51、第2吸引装置52、气体供给装置53和流路切换阀54。
接着,对使用了层叠工件成型装置1的层叠工件成型方法进行说明。
首先,使第1模具20和第2模具30为打开的状态,将工件主体42载置于第1模具20。然后,将由夹具2把持的片材44配置在工件主体42与第2模具30之间。然后,使第1模具20和第2模具30彼此接近而成为闭合的状态。
接着,控制部61将流路切换阀54切换为“可吸引状态”(经由第3连接配管53a、旁通路53b以及第1连接配管51a将第1吸引装置51与喷出孔34连接,切断喷出孔34与气体供给装置53之间的连接的状态),经由贯通孔32以及喷出孔34利用第1吸引装置51吸引片材44使其贴附于第2模具30的内表面。由此,能够将形成于第2模具30的内表面的图案转印到片材44的表面(转印工序)。
接着,在对工件主体42或片材44涂敷了粘接剂的状态下,以将片材44按压到工件主体42的方式利用第2吸引装置52的吸引力进行粘接(粘接工序)。
在此,片材44并不是粘接于工件主体42的整个表面,而是仅粘接于在汽车等的组装时露出的部分,对于在组装时隐藏于其他部件的周缘等部分,为了防止组装不良,不进行粘接而形成非粘接,仅留下粘接部分地进行切断,非粘接的部分被废弃。
然后,在粘接工序中,控制部61将流路切换阀54切换为“可喷出状态”(经由第3连接配管53a将气体供给装置53连接于喷出孔34,切断经由旁通路53b的喷出孔34与第1吸引装置51之间的连接的状态),经由喷出孔34利用气体供给装置53向片材44与第2模具30之间供给气体,使片材44从第2模具30剥离。
此外,控制部61通过第1吸引装置51经由贯通孔32进行吸引,使片材44的不与工件主体42粘接的部分吸附于第2模具30。
此时,如图4的非粘接区域X所示,控制部61以使从贯通孔32吸引片材44的吸引力比从吸引孔22吸引工件主体42的吸引力强的方式设定第1吸引装置51和第2吸引装置52的吸引力。通过这样设定吸引力,能够将非粘接部分的片材44适当地吸引向第2模具30。
这样,位于工件主体42的周缘的非粘接的部分经由贯通孔32而被第1吸引装置51吸引,因此,如图6中作为比较例所示,不需要在工件主体42的周缘设置防止片材44的粘接的遮挡装置100’。因此,无需以避开遮挡装置100’的方式在遮挡装置100’的外侧配置夹具而准备较大的片材44,能够减少片材44的废弃部分的量,能够抑制层叠工件40的制造成本。
此外,若假设未设置模具侧突部20a和工件侧突部42a,则在将片材44粘接于工件主体42的粘接工序中,在经由喷出孔34从气体供给装置53向片材44的表面供给气体而从第2模具30剥离片材44的情况下,若供给至片材44的表面的气体直接流向贯通孔32而从第1吸引装置51进行吸引,则第1吸引装置51对片材44的吸引性能会降低。
因此,如上所述,在本实施方式中,通过以包围贯通孔32的方式设置模具侧突部20a及工件侧突部42a,能够抑制或防止从气体供给装置53向片材44的表面供给的气体向贯通孔32流动,能够抑制或防止第1吸引装置51对片材44的吸引性能的降低。另外,也可以代替模具侧突部20a及工件侧突部42a而在第2模具30设置模具侧突部。
如图5所示,根据本实施方式的层叠工件40,由于工件侧突部42a,工件侧突部42a与第2模具30之间的空间变窄,在片材44的周缘部的至少一部分(设置有工件侧突部42a的部分)形成有压缩部44a,该压缩部44a被工件侧突部42a与第2模具30夹着而被挤压得变薄。因此,根据本实施方式的层叠工件40,与以往相比,能够将片材44更牢固地贴附于工件主体42。另外,在本实施方式3中,对工件侧突部42a仅设置于工件主体42的周缘部的一部分的情况进行说明,但本发明的工件侧突部也可以设置于工件主体的整个周缘部。
此外,如图5所示,在本实施方式的层叠工件40中,工件侧突部42a的突出量被设定为小于片材44的厚度。通过这样构成,工件侧突部42a被片材44遮挡,能够防止在片材44的表面因工件侧突部42a而导致片材44隆起,能够实现层叠工件40的外观的提高。
另外,在本实施方式中,使用工件侧突部42a的突出量被设定为比片材44的厚度小的结构进行了说明,但本发明的层叠工件不限于此,只要形成有工件侧突部和压缩部即可。即使工件侧突部的突出量被设定为比片材的厚度大,也能够通过压缩部得到“能够将片材44牢固地贴附于工件主体42”这样的本发明的作用效果。
此外,如图7中作为本发明的其他实施方式所示,即使没有工件侧突部42a,通过与片材44的希望形成压缩部的部位对应地将工件主体42的压缩形成部分42b与第2模具30之间的间隙设定为比片材44的厚度小,也能够形成本发明的压缩部。

Claims (3)

1.一种层叠工件,其具备:
工件主体;以及
片材,其层叠于所述工件主体,
所述层叠工件的特征在于,
在所述片材的周缘部的至少一部分形成有在厚度方向上被压扁的压缩部,
在所述工件主体上设置有向所述片材侧突出而用于形成所述压缩部的工件侧突部,
所述工件侧突部被设置成包围所述工件主体的非粘接区域的至少一部分。
2.根据权利要求1所述的层叠工件,其特征在于,
所述工件侧突部以沿着所述片材的粘接区域的外缘的方式延伸。
3.根据权利要求1或2所述的层叠工件,其特征在于,
所述工件侧突部的突出量被设定为小于所述片材的厚度。
