Abstract

trata-se do fornecimento de um método e dispositivo de moldagem por prensagem de folha frp, pelo qual o rendimento pode ser melhorado sem o ajuste de abertura/fechamento de um molde após a sujeição do molde; e um artigo moldado de frp. o método de moldagem por prensagem de folha frp, através do qual um artigo moldado por prensagem (pm) é moldado utilizando um material em folha de plástico reforçado com fibra (sm), que compreende: uma etapa de prensagem no qual os moldes (2, 3) são fechados e o material em folha aquecido (sm) é moldado por prensagem dentro de uma cavidade (5); e uma etapa de enchimento em que o estado fechado dos moldes (2, 3) é mantido a partir da etapa de prensagem, uma resina fundida (mp) é injetada sob pressão em uma fenda (is) que ocorre entre o material em folha (sm) e a cavidade (5), e uma superfície do material em folha (sm) e uma superfície da resina fundida (mp) são colocadas para entrar em contato com a cavidade (5).
