Abstract
Предложены форма для образования продукта, отформованного в форме, и способ образования покрытия продукта, отформованного в форме, способные усилить герметизацию для предотвращения любой утечки покрывающего агента за пределы формы. Форма для образования продукта, отформованного в форме, содержит полость (45) для формования герметизирующей части, расположенную снаружи на удалении от полости формы и включающую в себя первую формовочную поверхность (32), которая проходит от поверхности (46) разъема полости (40) формы в направлении сопряжения неподвижной формы (20) и подвижной формы (30) и образована в одной из неподвижной формы и подвижной формы, вторую формовочную поверхность (28), которая проходит от поверхности разъема в направлении открывания/закрывания полости формы (40) и образована в другой из указанных двух форм, и третью формовочную поверхность (22С), которая соединяет первую формовочную поверхность и вторую формовочную поверхность друг с другом и образует герметизирующую часть для уплотнения первой и второй формовочных поверхностей посредством заполнения полимером, идентичным полимеру (J) или отличающимся от него; и толкатели (23) и (24) для нажима на нажимную поверхность герметизирующей части, образованную третьей формовочной поверхностью, с заданным давлением для введения герметизирующей части в контакт под давлением с первой и второй формовочными поверхностями соответственно.
