Claims (8)
- ハウジングと、
前記ハウジングに形成され、一端にインペラが設けられたシャフトを軸支する軸受が設けられる軸受孔と、
前記軸受孔よりも鉛直下方に設けられ、前記ハウジングの壁部により、前記軸受孔と前記シャフトの径方向に仕切られ、排油口と連通する通路と、
前記軸受孔の内周面に形成され、前記通路と連通する逃げ溝と、
前記逃げ溝のうち、少なくとも前記シャフトよりも上方に位置する内壁面に形成された傾斜部と、
前記ハウジングに形成され、前記シャフトの一端に設けられるインペラと、前記逃げ溝との間に位置し、前記逃げ溝に対して前記シャフトの軸方向に離隔し、前記軸受孔に対して前記軸方向に連続し、前記軸受孔よりも前記径方向外側まで延在し、前記軸受孔よりも鉛直下方で前記通路に連通する空間と、
前記逃げ溝に対して、前記径方向外側において、前記軸受孔との間に隔壁を挟んで前記シャフトの回転方向に延在し、前記シャフトよりも上方を含み、前記空間よりも前記径方向外側まで延在するポケット部と、
を備える軸受構造。 - 前記傾斜部は、前記シャフトの径方向外側ほど、前記インペラから離隔する向きに傾斜している請求項1に記載の軸受構造。
- 前記傾斜部は、前記シャフトの径方向外側ほど、前記ポケット部に近づく向きに傾斜する請求項1または2に記載の軸受構造。
- 前記ポケット部は、前記逃げ溝に対して前記インペラから離隔する方向に連続している請求項1から3のいずれか1項に記載の軸受構造。
- 前記ポケット部は、前記逃げ溝に対して前記インペラに近接する方向に連続している請求項1から3のいずれか1項に記載の軸受構造。
- 前記傾斜部は、前記シャフトの下方まで前記シャフトの回転方向に延在する請求項1から5のいずれか1項に記載の軸受構造。
- 前記軸受は、前記シャフトに設けられたカラー部に、前記シャフトの軸方向に対向するスラスト軸受面を有し、
前記傾斜部は、前記スラスト軸受面に径方向に対向する請求項1から6のいずれか1項に記載の軸受構造。 - 前記請求項1から7のいずれか1項に記載の軸受構造を備える過給機。
