Claims (8)
- 回転軸と、
前記回転軸に設けられて前記回転軸を回転可能に支持するジャーナル軸受と、
前記ジャーナル軸受を収容する軸受収容部と、
前記回転軸に固定されたタービンディスクのボス部の外周部において前記回転軸の周囲に沿って設けられ下方が開放して形成された油排出通路と、
を備え、
前記ジャーナル軸受は、自身の外周面と前記軸受収容部の内面との間に供給された潤滑油により前記軸受収容部に回転自在に支持されると共に、自身の内周面と前記回転軸の外周面との間に供給された潤滑油により前記回転軸を回転自在に支持し、前記軸受収容部において自身の側面部が前記ボス部の対面部と間隔をおいて対面しており、
前記油排出通路は、前記ボス部の外周部にて前記ジャーナル軸受の側面部と前記ボス部の対面部との間の前記軸受収容部に連通して潤滑油が至り、前記回転軸の中心軸を含む水平面以上の領域において、前記回転軸の中心軸を含む鉛直面を基準とする前記回転軸の回転方向の手前側に前記回転軸の中心軸を基準とした放射方向の断面である径方向断面での最小断面積を有し、前記回転軸の中心軸を含む鉛直面を基準とする前記回転軸の回転方向の先側に前記径方向断面での最大断面積を有し、かつ前記油排出通路は、前記径方向断面が、前記回転軸の延在方向への変化により回転方向の手前側から先側に拡大していることを特徴とする軸受装置。 - 前記油排出通路は、前記回転軸の回転方向に沿って前記最小断面積から前記最大断面積に至り漸次拡大して形成されていることを特徴とする請求項1に記載の軸受装置。
- 前記油排出通路は、前記回転軸の回転方向に沿って前記最小断面積から前記最大断面積に急拡大して形成されていることを特徴とする請求項1に記載の軸受装置。
- 前記油排出通路は、前記回転軸の回転方向の手前側に連続して前記最小断面積を有することを特徴とする請求項3に記載の軸受装置。
- 前記油排出通路は、前記回転軸の回転方向の先側に連続して前記最大断面積を有することを特徴とする請求項3または4に記載の軸受装置。
- 前記油排出通路は、前記回転軸の中心軸を含む鉛直面を境とし、前記最小断面積から前記最大断面積に至り急拡大して形成されていることを特徴とする請求項3〜5のいずれか1つに記載の軸受装置。
- 前記油排出通路は、前記径方向断面が、径方向への変化により回転方向の手前側から先側に拡大していることを特徴とする請求項1〜6のいずれか1つに記載の軸受装置。
- タービンと、
コンプレッサと、
前記タービンと前記コンプレッサとを同軸上に連結する回転軸と、
前記タービンと前記コンプレッサと前記回転軸を収容するハウジングと、
前記回転軸に設けられて前記回転軸を回転可能に支持するジャーナル軸受と、
前記ハウジングに設けられて前記ジャーナル軸受を収容する軸受収容部と、
前記ハウジングに設けられて前記軸受収容部に連通し前記回転軸の周囲に沿って設けられ下方が開放して形成された油排出通路と、
請求項1〜7のいずれか1つに記載の軸受装置と、
を備えることを特徴とする排気タービン過給機。
