Description
本願は特許請求の範囲に記載の発明に係るものであるが、本願の開示は以下も包含する:

プラスチック及びアルミニウムを含有する、例えば、飲料用紙パック又はブリスター材のようなパック材料を処理する方法であって、金属含有の酸の溶液を形成するために該アルミニウムを酸に溶解し、該金属含有の酸の溶液を該プラスチックから分離し、そして酸化アルミニウムを形成するために、該金属含有溶液を水熱分解処理に供し、続いて酸を回収するために、その際に形成されたガス状の生成物を吸収又は凝縮することを特徴とする、上記の方法。

前記パック材料が繊維状物質も含み、その際、繊維状物質の懸濁液を形成するため、前記アルミニウムを溶解する前に該繊維状物質を剥がし、及びその際、該アルミニウムを酸に溶解する前に、該繊維状物質の懸濁液を前記プラスチック及び前記アルミニウムから分離することを特徴とする、上記1に記載の方法。

酸として、塩酸が使用されることを特徴とする、上記1又は2に記載の方法。

前記水熱分解処理が、噴霧焙焼反応器(16)中で遂行されることを特徴とする、上記1又は3のいずれか一つに記載の方法。

前記形成された酸化アルミニウムが、熱的に後処理されることを特徴とする、上記1〜4のいずれか一つに記載の方法。

前記熱的な後処理が、800℃〜2400℃の温度で行われることを特徴とする、上記5に記載の方法。

前記水熱分解処理の工程において回収された酸が、アルミニウムの溶解に再び使用されることを特徴とする、上記1〜9のいずれか一つに記載の方法。

前記アルミニウムを酸に溶解する前に、依然として前記プラスチック又はアルミニウムに付着している繊維を、摩擦装置、パルパー又は摩擦乾燥機のようなハイダイナミックマシーン(13)中で分離することを特徴とする、上記2〜10のいずれか一つに記載の方法。

前記金属含有溶液の分離後に、前記プラスチックを更なる浄化工程(18)に提供し、その工程では残っている残留繊維及び酸の残滓を該プラスチックから除去することを特徴とする、上記2〜11のいずれか一つに記載の方法。

前記プラスチックを洗浄した、酸を含有する洗浄水が、形成されたガス状の生成物を吸収するために使用されることを特徴とする、上記12に記載の方法。
14.
前記プラスチック及び前記アルミニウムが、そのアルミニウムを酸に溶解する前に微細化されることを特徴とする、上記1〜13のいずれか一つに記載の方法。
15.
鉄又は銅又は塩酸に溶解しうる、アルミニウム以外のその他の金属が、該アルミニウムを酸に溶解する前に分離システムにより分離されることを特徴とする、上記1〜14のいずれか一つに記載の方法。
16.
前記金属含有溶液が、前記水熱分解処理の前に、湿式化学的又は物理的に精製されることを特徴とする、上記1〜15のいずれか一つに記載の方法。
17.
前記金属含有溶液に、前記水熱分解処理の前に、金属のような添加剤が添加されることを特徴とする、上記1〜16のいずれか一つに記載の方法。
Claims (16)
- プラスチック及びアルミニウム、及び繊維状物質を含有する、例えばカートン又はブリスター材のようなパック材料を処理する方法であって、該繊維状物質の分離後に、金属含有の酸の溶液を形成するために該アルミニウムを酸に溶解し、その際、鉄又は銅又は塩酸に溶解しうる、アルミニウム以外のその他の金属が、該アルミニウムを酸に溶解する前に分離システムにより分離され、そして該金属含有の酸の溶液を該プラスチックから分離し、そして酸化アルミニウムを形成するために、該金属含有溶液を水熱分解処理に供し、続いて酸を回収するために、その際に形成されたガス状の生成物を吸収又は凝縮することを特徴とする、上記の方法。
- 繊維状物質の懸濁液を形成するため、前記アルミニウムを溶解する前に該繊維状物質を剥がし、及び該アルミニウムを酸に溶解する前に、該繊維状物質の懸濁液を前記プラスチック及び前記アルミニウムから分離することを特徴とする、請求項1に記載の方法。
- 酸として、塩酸が使用されることを特徴とする、請求項1又は2に記載の方法。
- 前記水熱分解処理が、噴霧焙焼反応器(16)中で遂行されることを特徴とする、請求項1又は3のいずれか一つに記載の方法。
- 前記形成された酸化アルミニウムが、熱的に後処理されることを特徴とする、請求項1〜4のいずれか一つに記載の方法。
- 前記熱的な後処理が、800℃〜2400℃の温度で行われることを特徴とする、請求項5に記載の方法。
- 前記熱的な後処理が、回転炉又はプラズマ反応器中で遂行されることを特徴とする、請求項5又は6に記載の方法。
- 前記酸化アルミニウムが粉砕されることを特徴とする、請求項1〜7のいずれか一つに記載の方法。
- 前記酸化アルミニウムが、粒度に従った分別に供されることを特徴とする、請求項1〜8のいずれか一つに記載の方法。
- 前記水熱分解処理の工程において回収された酸が、アルミニウムの溶解に再び使用されることを特徴とする、請求項1〜9のいずれか一つに記載の方法。
- 前記アルミニウムを酸に溶解する前に、依然として前記プラスチック又はアルミニウムに付着している繊維を、摩擦装置、パルパー又は摩擦乾燥機のようなハイダイナミックマシーン(13)中で分離することを特徴とする、請求項2〜10のいずれか一つに記載の方法。
- 前記金属含有溶液の分離後に、前記プラスチックを更なる浄化工程(18)に提供し、その工程では残っている残留繊維及び酸の残滓を該プラスチックから除去することを特徴とする、請求項2〜11のいずれか一つに記載の方法。

- 前記金属含有溶液が、前記水熱分解処理の前に、湿式化学的又は物理的に精製されることを特徴とする、請求項1〜14のいずれか一つに記載の方法。
