Claims (5)
- 紙を含む廃棄物、包装材、又は複合包装材から種々の原料を回収する方法であって、イオン液体を用いてセルロースをまず溶解し、次いでセルロースを沈殿により回収することを特徴とし、以下の工程:
原料を粉砕する工程、
適当な比重選別用の媒体を用いて比重選別槽で行われる、一以上の洗浄工程及び分離工程により、粉砕した原料から、付着不純物とセルロース含有画分とを分離する工程、
前記セルロース含有画分を水で分離してパルプ画分及び複合材残渣画分を得る工程、
前記パルプ画分を乾燥する工程、
セルロースをイオン液体に溶解する工程、
セルロースを沈殿剤により沈殿させる工程、
セルロースを固体として分離しかつ乾燥する工程、
セルロース用沈殿剤からイオン液体を分離する工程、
イオン液体を精製しかつ戻す工程、
前記複合材残渣画分からプラスチックを溶解する工程、
前記複合材残渣画分から金属を固体として分離しかつ乾燥する工程、
プラスチック溶液から溶媒を分離する工程、
プラスチックから残っている溶媒を回収する工程、及び
プラスチックを押出加工する工程、
を含む、方法。 - 前記イオン液体は、A+B−型の化合物であり、該A+B−型の化合物は、イミダゾリ
ウムイオンをカチオンとして含み、ハロゲン化物をアニオンとして含む、請求項1に記載の方法。 - 前記イオン液体は、[BMIM]CF3SO3である、請求項1に記載の方法。
- 液体の炭化水素または液体の炭化水素の混合物を、プラスチックを回収するための溶媒として用いることを特徴とする、請求項1〜3のいずれか一項に記載の方法。
- 請求項1〜4のいずれか一項に記載の方法に従って作動するシステムであって、以下の主要部:
