Claims (17)
- 前記ディスプレイパネルは、自発光ディスプレイパネルまたは非自発光ディスプレイパネルを含む請求項1に記載のディスプレイ装置。
- ディスプレイパネルの反射率RPは、5%ないし20%である請求項1に記載のディスプレイ装置。
- ディスプレイパネルは、薄膜トランジスター及びゲートラインとデータラインを含む配線部を含んだ非画素領域上に反射防止層を備える請求項1に記載のディスプレイ装置。
- 反射防止層は、Cu、Al、Mo、Ti、Ag、Ni、Mn、Au、Cr及びCoからなる群から選択される1または2以上の金属に由来する金属酸化物、金属窒化物または金属酸窒化物を含む請求項5に記載のディスプレイ装置。
- 反射防止層の厚さは、10nmないし100nmである請求項5に記載のディスプレイ装置。
- 粘着剤層と表面処理層の総透過率Tは、30%ないし80%である請求項1に記載のディスプレイ装置。
- 前記吸光物質は、染料または顔料を含む請求項1に記載のディスプレイ装置。
- 粘着性樹脂は、スチレン系樹脂またはエラストマー、ポリオレフィン系樹脂またはエラストマー、ポリオキシアルキレン系樹脂またはエラストマー、ポリエステル系樹脂またはエラストマー、ポリ塩化ビニル系樹脂またはエラストマー、ポリカーボネート系樹脂またはエラストマー、ポリフェニレンスルファイド系樹脂またはエラストマー、炭化水素の混合物、ポリアミド系樹脂またはエラストマー、アクリレート系樹脂またはエラストマー、エポキシ系樹脂またはエラストマー、シリコーン系樹脂またはエラストマー、フッ素系樹脂またはエラストマー、またはこれらの混合物を含む請求項9に記載のディスプレイ装置。
- 染料または顔料は、最大吸収波長帯が互いに異なる3種以上の染料または顔料の混合物であり、400nmないし700nmの波長で粘着剤層と表面処理層の総透過率の標準偏差が5以下である請求項9に記載のディスプレイ装置。
- 粘着剤層は、粘着性樹脂100重量部に対して染料または顔料を0.1ないし3重量部で含む請求項9に記載のディスプレイ装置。
- 粘着剤層は、帯電防止剤をさらに含む請求項9に記載のディスプレイ装置。
- 表面処理層は、反射防止層またはグレア防止層を含む請求項1に記載のディスプレイ装置。
- 表面処理層は、550nm波長に対しての屈折率が1.2ないし1.4である低屈折率層を含む請求項1に記載のディスプレイ装置。
- 低屈折率層は、中空シリカを含有した光硬化型アクリレートとフッ素系アクリレートを含む請求項15に記載のディスプレイ装置。
- 表面処理層は、低屈折率層の一面に提供されるハードコーティング層をさらに含む請求項15に記載のディスプレイ装置。
